I am going to return these shoes, and really wish I could have made them work. I liked the way they looked, and as soon as I put them on my feet, they felt wonderful. Unfortunately, they were too loose in the heel. I read other reviews that the heel runs wide, and that the style of the shoe is for the heel to move up and down on the foot, but it had way too much play for my foot. I'm 60, wear orthotics, but even with using them the heel was too wide. If you don't have a narrow heel they may work for you. Again, I loved everything about the shoe, but due to the heel they didn't work for me. I'm going to try on some other styles in the store to see if I can find Danskos that work for my foot.

I love these shoes! I am a regular Dansko fan, and get at least one pair a year, as the support it gives my high insteps is phenomenal. I was a bit nervous about switching to a shoes with a more flexible sole, but is it immensely comfortable with no apparent decrement in support. Furthermore, these shoes go with everything except snow or a formal event. They are so versatile, being both solid yet with a delicate pattern that I wear them with pants, jeans and even some dresses. What a find.

Great shoes - therapeutic for plantar fasciitis sufferers, sleek enough for daily wear or for work, and built to last.

Very pleased with the style. As a frequent wearer of Dansko's Professional style show, I found Abigail's style to be sleeker, more refined looking. They felt like I was wearing the Professional though. Very stable bottom and a wide toe box made me very happy.

There are a beautiful shoe, ran a little small, had to order-up to next size and then that was a little large in the heel area for me, I wear them with thicker socks. The front top area of shoe is very hard and rubs my sore corns..have to wear when toes are not sore.

This shoe is so comfortable, it fits my wide feet perfectly. I like the look of it better than clogs, which were my all time favorites. These are really beautiful shoes. I'm so happy.

These shoes look cute, but are slippery on the heels which in turn makes your feet wiggle forward, which in turn then smooches your toes into the hard leather. Not at all comfortable for me. If I went down a size they would not fit. I am disappointed because this brand was suggested to me for my neuroma feet. I guess I'll just keep looking through Zappos. Thank goodness for free shipping.

I love my new Abigail's! I have foot issues and these are a wonderful replacement for high end sneakers, which my foot doctor told me to stop wearing. I wear them 6-7 days a week and my feet love them, plus they are really cute!

I work in a laboratory and I am on my feet all day. I have worn these shoes for a week and I feel very comfortable in them, and my feet are not sore when I come home. Sizes run big. I am usually a size 7, but I had to order a size 36 (instead of 37, I returned those). But Zappos has a great return policy. Very happy with my shoes. I wanted something g professional looking, but not overly cloggy, and comfortable. Highly recommend

I have very flat feet that are a medium width with a slightly narrower heel. The cut of these shoes made them gap quite a bit on the sides. The shoe is cute and has the usual Dansko comfort but it is the wrong style for me.

Just love these shoes! They are stylish and comfortable. I found that I did need to size up as they seem to run small.

These must run big, because they fit my SOLID size 11 (would probably be closer to an 11 1/2 if shoe companies actually made such a thing) foot perfectly. They are SUPER comfortable and beautiful. They are a totally different fit and feel of the standard Danskos, which I have tried on in the past and have felt like a foot torture chamber (hard, stiff, etc.). These are fabulous, but would likely be too big for anyone with a typical size 11 foot, I guess.

This is a kinda-sorta clog shoe with a closed back. It is attractive enough to wear with tights and a skirt and looks great with pants. I normally wear a 7.5-D width shoe, and the shape of this Dansko Abigail works well for me. It runs large, so I had to send back the 38 I originally ordered and order a 37, which fits perfectly. It is a bit stiff at first, but got more comfortable after three days of wear. It provides good support and excellent arch support, which prevents foot fatigue. It is less clunky to walk in than many clogs.

Really a super-cute shoe. Far more padding than the standard Dansko clog. Unfortunately, the sides were soft, and my high arches do better with something more rigid. I hated to have to send it back -- it really is a nice-looking shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable, fit well and are a nice shade of brown. I also like that they can be either dressy or casual.

I have worn Danskos before but not for a few years. These are cute, comfortable shoes. I found the size that I normally wear (41) to be slightly large so that my foot slipped out of the heel when I walked. The next size down worked well.

I have tried the old school Dansko shoes and I really didn't like them, so I put off trying this style. I eventually caved due to my favorite brand/style being discontinued. I am glad I tried them because they really are different from the original, hard soled style Dansko shoes. Good solid, comfortable work shoe.

I needed comfortable shoes due to a recent foot surgery and these are just that! I need extra room in the toe box due to my surgery and these are great. The leather is soft and the soles are supportive while being lightweight. Highly recommend!

I love these shoes; they're quite comfortable. But they were not out of the box. The top of the shoe, which hit about 2/3 of the way up my foot, pinched a little for my first wears, but I figured it would loosen up, and it did. Also, the original insole (which comes out easily) did not work for me. It is very particular -- it has an orthotic arch, as well as a gel-like heel. The insole's arch was too much for my foot, so I put in the footbed I had from another pair of shoes, and then the shoe became perfect for me. As for style: They're kind of clog-like, but they're not clunky and ugly like the usual Danskos. I like the little line up the center of the top. If I wear them with a skirt, they're a little old ladyish, but I guess I don't care about that. Overall, they're very comfortable.

I loved this shoe, but the heel didn't fit. I understood that there would be movement in the heel, but there was entirely too much movement for me. My heel is a bit on the narrow side. I was disappointed because as soon as I put my foot in the show I was pleased. Very comfortable. It was just when I walked they flip flopped and I was afraid I would trip and fall.

I have trouble with my feet. If I don't wear shoes with good arch support I develop plantar fasciitis. The cure is almost worse than the problem. I don't want to have it done again! These shoes will help that from happening. Great shoes!

I think I'm loving these shoes. I wanted lighter and lower heeled clogs to wear on cobblestones in Europe. I could use a little more arch.

I'm a fan of Dansko shoes. These are a nice change from the usual clog. Good for feet and back. I put on without any break-in period. Go with jeans, skirts, shorts, business casual. I receive many compliments on this shoe.

Yum! My Abigails feel delicious on my feet. I was leery of the Dansko brand for years because I have a narrow heel and I was afraid of the loose feel. But I find these shoes to be exquisitely comfortable. The rocking motion is, well, rocking! So much so that I notice how good -- rather than how tired -- my feet feel during (office) work. I can go all day in these and get home after a standing train commute and my dogs -- which suffer from plantar fasciitis -- are still doing great. And they look interesting and cool vs. geriatric and orthopedic. The orthotic is lovely to the point where I don't have to swap it out for my custom one. I love these shoes and am buying a second pair. If you are considering these, don't hesitate. Treat yo' self!

Very comfortable shoes and I prefer these to the traditional Dansko -- much lighter in weight and a slimmer look.
