I like these shoes very much. I suggest ordering a half size up. The zipper is the reason for not giving 5 stars. I'm afraid to give it a good tug as it doesn't pull smoothly.

I really like these shoes. They are stylish and very easy to get on and off. I do feel they may run slightly narrow accross the toe area, but I think that over time I will be able to break the shoes in and stretch them since they are leather. Overall they are true to size.

I loved the look of the shoes. They were exactly what I wanted. But they had an odd fit and I realized that one side of them was slightly off when I looked at it. And that was the side that rubbed uncomfortably. I had to return them.

Had to send them back. Most reviews stated they ran big and to order a half size down or even a full size down. I took the risk and ordered the half size down. Didn't work out for me, my big toes were banging against the very end of the shoe and they're out of my normal size. Will wait to see how long it takes to get it back in stock. Very cute and well made like all Ugg products. The top didn't seem to rub where it lands near the ankle.

Cute in person but I was hoping for more comfort - especially for the price. These felt flatter than my beloved Converse. They run a half-size small.

This is not a MEDIUM width. The shoe is very narrow. If you have a narrow foot, go for it. The shoe is well constructed and will accommodate an orthotic.

They are cute but very little arch support. I walked around the city in them and they were so flat, my feet were in a lot of pain. The bottoms were not very tough as well. I wore them one size smaller than usual.

The material looks REALLY and zipper was getting stuck constantly. Eventually the tassel would have ripped.
