The first time I wore them they were on for 10 hours straight and stayed perfectly comfortable. It was a nasty day but I stayed dry!

I tried lots of other boots and fell in love with these as soon as I put them on. They are less formal than the others (because of the rubber sole, although it's subtle, and the Ugg label on the back of the heel) but still stylish, and they are really comfortable and warm. I'm a size 11M, 16" calf with thin ankles and they fit perfectly with jeans or tights. And they're waterproof. They are wonderful!

These are terrific boots! Stylish, warm, comfortable, waterproof. I love them! And I love Zappos and their amazingly prompt shipping!

I love the way the boots look and they were very comfortable once I got them on - but it was so much work getting them on that I'll be sending them back. I'm trying to decide whether it would be easier to get on a half size larger, although they are the correct size once on my feet.

Very nice boot, exactly what I was looking to find, however if you have calves on the thinner side, this boot is not for you. I had to send it back. :(

These are really cute casual comfy boots. Haven't warn them yet out, but tried on and great for unpredictable weather rain or cold. They are asymmetrical up top & great rubber sole, but think that's why can dress up these because of makes more casual wear. They felt snug, with usual upping my boot size to a 9 1/2 at first.For some reason this boot was snug across the bend between the foot and ankle across top front. So size 10 did me a better fit with this style. I'm norm a 9 & 9.5 in boots rarely a 10 (but in some leather Ugg boot have needed). This style helped going up full size. Great riding boot equestrian style. Classy look.

Completely waterproof. Great boot for recent snow in the northeast. The only minor dissatisfaction, is that the boot is not fully lined in fur and therefore not as warm as I would like. The style is fine, I wish it was a lug sole. Very difficult to find a good boot for winter and this one works.

I really like the boots but they are stiff and difficult to put on, especially if you have high arches. I did get blisters the first time that I wore them. Now that I have worn them several times, they are more comfortable. I needed high, waterproof boots for winters in northern Minnesota in the tundra. Despite my early issues, I would buy them again.

Nice boot, comfortable, large toe box, but shaft not quite big enough, was able to barely zip over a skinny leg jean but was tight. Sadly returning.

Nice looking boot that has a nice length shaft for my 5 foot height. However, the shaft is so tight that I can't tuck in jeans. So sad that I have to return them.

My daughter has these same boots in brown and they are cute. In black, which I ordered, not so much. They are comfortable though and warm. I also do not like the height of them, but I am tall and have long calves.

I can't actually speak to how these boots felt on my feet because I couldn't get them over my calves. I measured my calves. They are 15.5". These boots say the circumference is 16". Not sure how that works. They are really nice looking, though.

I loved these boots and wanted to keep them but without a full zipper the 7.5 was to hard to put on the the 8 was too big in the foot bed. They would have been perfect with a full zipper and a bit taller.

1) great materials 2) footbed very comfortable/warm 3) difficult to get my foot in (it only has on of those halfway zippers at the ankle) 4) my calf muscles are about 15" circumference and these were too tight. I must return them.

I really wanted to like these. I bought a pair of Merrell Captiva Buckle Up from Amazon by my 14.5" calves were too big. I'm 5'3", 120lbs. Size 6 and a runner. Lean muscles and assumed I had average calves. Went to these Uggs because of the reviews. I wore leggings when I tried them on and they were tight. There's no way to squeeze in skinny jeans. They are warm in that there is lining along the shaft and footbed (not the top of the footbed). They look really ugly. They go mid calf at 13" and no matter how much I tried to justify it, was too much to force the situation. Unless you look good in mid calf and don't mind the bulky look and the slouch, don't get these.

I totally give up on Ugg boots! I ordered a pair in 7 and one in 7½. I usually wear a size 7. I tried the 7½ on first and could not even get my foot down into the boot and the small zipper on the side sure does not help anyone get the boot on. I think Ugg needs to consider putting full length zippers into all their boots so they will be easier to get on. I was hoping to be able to wear these because my legs and feet are constantly cold. They need to consider giving their customers more room in the ankle. Zappos, I applaud you and thank you so very much for your quick deliveries and your return service. I am in a wheelchair so getting out to shop is very hard and you make shopping so much easier. Hopefully I will find the right shoe soon. You all are the best!

Loved the picture but these did not work on my feet. The inside seam rubbed on my ankle, the toes felt pinched...not the usual comfort or snuggliness that I've had with other Ugg styles. Have to return them

I have Ugg boots (the short sheepskin), which I love. I have a high arch and could not get my foot easily into this boot. Once it was in, it was very comfortable. I think if the zipper went all the way up the boot, it would have been fine.

After the frustration of buying and returning two pairs due to the smaller than expected sizing (I am normally a 7½ in boots - I ended up buying an 8½) I was pleased with the boots. Unfortunately after owning for them for 1.2 years and only wearing them for about 20 percent of that time, the zipper is already broken. Unlike many other quality brands who will fix their product without question for years, Ugg denied coverage. I could expect this from a lower end brand, but given the amount that I paid for these, I expected if not better quality, at least better customer service.

I think the these are more like 15½W at opening and they are very very difficult to get on since the zipper does not come all the way up. Overall these were a fail for me.
