This is my first pair of UGGs, and I am smitten! I chose the black/grey fabric Simmens for everyday wear. The boots are wonderfully warm and comfortable 'right out of the box.' As others mention, despite the zipper, it is somewhat difficult to put the boot on the first time but this does get easier. My only complaint is that the arch support is a bit less than moderate. I'm sure this could be remedied with a different insole. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love the look and style of these casual boots. They were hard to get on, at first. Hoping they will stretch a bit over time. The loop on the back definitely helps when putting them on. I ordered a half size up based on past experience with leather Ugg boots, and they fit great. Looking forward to wearing these this winter!

Wow. Just, WOW! I have terrible feet, and I'm always struggling to break in shoes, and end up buying special inserts to make them work. Until now. I bought these for a trip, and I wore them straight out of the box, three days in a row, for 12-14 hours each day (and a LOT of walking). They are *easily* the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. They are more comfortable than any running shoe I own, and I now find myself finding reasons to wear them as often as possible. You will LOVE this boot! Classy, classic, versatile, and I've gotten so many compliments on them. The inside zipper is great for getting them easily on and off, and the buckles add style without looking too casual or too dressy. These are worth every. single. penny. Thank you Zappos, and thank you UGG!!!

These are more than small. It is hard to get your foot trhough the shaft to even try them on. Maybe for a narrow foot 1-1 1/2 sizes larger than what you normally wear.

Half size bigger. But great boots

Take size down if you are in between sizes. Great quality. But not so comfortable for a long walking.

Thank you Ugg for making this boot! It is cute, trendy and most of all comfortable from the moment you put it on, no break in period for me. They are warm and my new favorite pair of boots! I am 11.5 so had to get a 12 it's a little roomy but had not been an issue. They do fit true to size and there is a lot of padding once it breaks down they get a little bigger.

I was really hoping this boot would work because it had all the features I wanted- leather, low heel and fleece lining. I also liked the wool part at the top, but unfortunately there was not enough arch support for me so they are going back.

Oh how I wish it would fit me....shoe part felt great, perfect size, beautiful...but couldn't zip up past the ankle. Very sad for me. I must return. If you have thicker ankles this is probably not the boot for you.

I bought these boots after seeing them on a friend and with a bit of hesitation regarding the spendy price. I've never owned an UGG product. These boots are fantastic! They are comfortable, keep my feet toasty and they look very nice too.

I originally ordered these boots in 7.5 and an 8, I typically wear an 8. The 8 fit perfectly and not only are they warm and comfortable but stylish too. I love zappos. I would like to add that I had an experience with customer service about a separate order and they were absolutely AMAZING. The woman I spoke to took care of the issue (even though it was my fault) and shipped me my order so it arrived correctly. The level of customer service was off the charts, thank you zappos and thank you to the people in your customer serve :)
