They are ok. I was disappointed to see that there were no care instructions in the box.

The other reviews were helpful in helping me decide if I'm going to keep mine or not. I agree with the the other ladies, the ankle area is a little loose and feels a little extra wide in the foot/toe area. But they boot is super cute, very stylish & I wish they came in half-sizes. I wear an 11 but felt like I could use a 10 1/2. For many years I've been looking for a good looking wedge boot. I used to have a Nike wedge boot like this but they stopped making them in the late '90s so this boot is the closest I found! I guess if you got time to search for that perfect fit be my guest! I'm going to stick with mine! I hope this was somewhat helpful!

The toe box area of this boot is extremely small. I cannot imagine most people would be able to wear them. The problem is with the top of the boot touching the top of my toes. No room to even move the toes up or down.

My feet are narrow but this shoe felt a bit too tight. It would need some breaking in but I didn't think it wasn't worth the investment of time and such so I returned. It is a well made shoe. Simple in style. Doesn't seem like it would be very warm because it isn't fully lined and it is too narrow to comfortably wear thick socks. Loved the wedge heel and I thought that it was supportive of my arches.

Loved the slim, elegant style of these functional boots. Great fur footbed too. I really need a half size and they do not come that way. 8 was too snug and 9 too roomy.

I was so excited to get this boot as I have other Ugg products. However, I was extremely disappointed. It runs much narrower than indicated and just killed my feet. The boot was so uncomfortable that it even caused pain in my knees for days. The warmth was all there which is true to the Ugg name and I loved the style and look of the boot, but I refuse to wear something that is not comfortable. Now I am stuck with an expensive item that I cannot use.
