I have lusted after the Blayre II boot for awhile and when an Ebates deal came around, I decided to give myself a belated Christmas gift. They are everything I dreamed they would be and more. I am usually a 9 1/2 running a tad on the wide side but ordered a 9 1/2. It was the right choice because the give in them was perfect. They are a very warm boot so I'm not sure you would be piling on the heavy socks. So, do yourself a favor and get them. They are stylish, sophisticated and not the bulky round toed look Uggs are known for.

So happy with this purchase. I went a half size up based on reviews, and I'm glad I did (normally wear an 8, bought an 8.5). They fit perfectly with thick socks, but I can also wear them without socks since they're lined with wonderfully soft wool. They look cute with both leggings and jeans. I've worn them in snow and rain already, and they're holding up really well. My feet stay so warm. I also read people discussing that they're loose in the ankle. They're definitely not a tight fit, but I don't find them slipping off my heel. The little looseness in the ankle hasn't detracted from their comfort for me. Definitely recommend these shoes. Possibly my favorite shoes I've purchased in years. I will now be living in them.

I bought these stylish boots for two reasons: the styling is excellent for my wardrobe needs and they actually can be worn when the weather's grim. I love them with leggings and/or skinny jeans and they aren't afraid of a little snow on the sidewalk. The tread is meaty enough to tackle the slush and while I wouldn't hike in drifts with these, my feet stayed plenty warm enough. I love the look--classy and solid, versatile and stylish.

Very comfortable and true to size. Have had foot surgery and wear custom orthotics much of time but do not need them with these boots. I need arch support that these have warm, easy to put on, more supportive than my classic 15 year old Uggs boots. Have worn all day without discomfort. Would recommend.

Love the style of the boots. Super warm and comfortable while still looking cute. Grips on bottom are great. My only regret is not going up a half size. I think they fit tighter because of the lining.

Seriously, rarely write reviews but this boot deserves a review. I recently discovered not only had I been wearing the wrong size shoe, I also have a high instep and a long arch making boot shopping difficult to say the least. I tried these because I have been looking for a pair a comfortable boots but that are somewhat weather resistant because let's face I live in Wisconsin and we get snow and we get cold and always at the same time. I was concerned I have to send these back because they wouldn't fit. So glad I am wrong, they fit and perfectly. They are tall enough to wear jeggings and skinny jeans with but also a nice boot cut jean. I get tons of compliments on them. But for me - they tend to be my "go to" boots. My feet stay warm and dry but are comfortable enough to walk in. So glad I gave them a try!

Really cute style. Gorgeous color. I usually wear an 8½ shoe occasionally need a 9. The 8½ worked but the 9 was more comfortable in these boots, especially when I added socks. If you are between sizes, consider going up a half size.

Love these easy on/ easy off boots. They are super durable and comfy. They are great for cold Maine weather but when the snow is deep, you'll need taller boots. I loved these so much that I have a pair in each color. Love Zappos service, too!!

I was not a fan of Uggs before. (Sorry about that.) They always had the "just around the house" look. Hubby surprise me with this pair for Christmas and I have fallen in love with your boots! I may not care for all the styles, but with the pair I received not only are the really cute, but they are the most comfortable boot have have ever put on!Thanks for make me a fan!....I WILL BUY MORE!

Nice looking warm and comfortable to wear, the sole is a little stiffer than other Ugg boots I have so I was concerned about that, but after wearing them all day at an Art Show,(and I even brought my other Ugg boots with the vinyl sole which is more flexible) I was very pleased! The shearling insert always helps to add a little more cushion and warmth. Overall, I am pleased.

Love these boots. Aside from being way cute, they are extremely comfortable. The lambswool on the inside is cushy and really hugs my feet. I wear them to walk my dogs, and the well-cushioned sole protects my feet on the concrete sidewalks. They run slightly small; the 6-1/2 was a perfect fit with no room for a sock. I ordered a size 7 and I have room to wear a thin sock. Although they would be comfortable without socks, I prefer to wear them to protect the inside of the boot. I've worm them with dresses, long skirts, and pants, and they're equally adorable with all three. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the happiest I've been in a long time after buying boots. They look more "finished" than typical Uggs, have kept my toes warm during a move into a very cold house, are easy to take off and put on, and are super durable. If you're wavering on which boots to buy, buy these. I'm normally a size 7 in shoes but bought these in 7.5 for extra comfort and they're perfect (for me).

These boots are fabulous! They are perfectly charming in appearance and comfortable to wear all day and for all occasions. I am so happy that I was able to purchase these adorable, functional, warm boots! I love the chestnut color. I highly recommend them! They fit perfectly in size 7 which is my normal Ugg size. I will also purchase Blayre II in black.
