Great service by Zappos and great shoes! I usually wear a 7 in UGGS original boots and an 8 in their shoes, but an 8.5 in most shoes. I ordered the 8 and the 9; the fit was not that different. I kept the snugger size 8 because UGGS tend to stretch out and also the sheepskin sole gets matted down with time, which also makes the shoe bed bigger. They are exactly as described - my 3rd pair of UGG moccasins over many, many years.

As usual, Zappos does not disappoint! The UGG shoes are great quality and Zappos offers them for a sale price. The fit is accurate. The inside shearling is comfortable and so far there are no uncomfortable spots that rub. The inside (common hot spots) have no stitching that would cause rubbing.

Super cute & doesn't disappoint! Ugg cozy, comfy right out of the box. I wear this shoe all the time and wear a size 8. It runs true to size. I like the "driving" sole that slightly curves up the back of the shoe. If you need arch support, this moccasin is probably not for you.

Very comfortable loafer, which I have been wearing as a slipper. I found Uggs tend to run small, so I ordered a 7 not my normal size 6. Fits just fine. Would definitely recommend.

Who can go wrong with Uggs?! Super comfortable and warm! However, if you are high arched, these shoes are tight - I am breaking them in. I can't wear socks with them yet but I am very comfortable bare foot.

I really like these shoes. I bought them to wear casually when I run to the grocery store or make other errands. They are warm, comfortable, and look well when I dress down.

These are very comfortable indoor and outdoor shoes. They run true to size but were a bit tight across the top at first. They have loosened up nicely as I have worn them. They provide no support but I was not looking for that in these shoes.

Very comfortable. I wear them to get my coffee and pick up items from the grocery store. But...I should have ordered one size smaller as they run particularly large.

I bought these about 2 weeks ago. My feet are a little wide so I had to stretch them in order to fit in the front because they are narrow. They also feel weird in the back like they are not the right size where the sole end there is still more material left over. So when I walk it looks like my heel is falling off the sole inside. It's on one side and not the other. I'm not too happy with them but I already used them. If not I would've returned them.

I'm so sad about these shoes! They are absolutely adorable, well made, and comfortable (if they fit)! Tried them in both the 7 (way too tight) and the 8 (way too big). It felt like there was a huge difference between the sizes. PLEASE UGG's...make half sizes!

Too sad...such a darling slipper but it fit in no way for someone who normally wears an 8; it was too narrow for someone who normally wears a 7. Didn't notice the arch support as the tightness cancelled the deal. It seems mean to rate it so low...but it just didn't fit.
