Bought these to replace my treasured, perhaps final pair of Uggs from 2015. Those were made of 100% sheep skin exterior with 100% wool interiors. These claim on the site in the details to have the 100% wool interior- however they lie. They are 80% wool and 20% lyocell with a 100% polyester lining. They feel horrible, like they will make your feet sweat. When I asked customer service about this, they claimed it was to be eco friendly. I am a textile seamstress, and this is false. To create lyocell and polyester you need heaps of fossil fuels. Lyocell is typically wood derived. Additionally, they contain forever particles, (especially the poly) and never fully break down. Think micro plastics. Natural fibers are 100% biodegradable in almost all situations (depending on how they have been treated). Most animal skins or leathers in the United States are actually agricultural waste by product. Last year, an estimated 5 million cow hides alone were destroyed via burning due to excess. Using faux materials is not more eco friendly as long as animal agriculture remains an industry. Additionally, these faux materials are not build to last, and are not breathable when wearing. If you have to replace your boots often, they are again not eco friendly. They are cheap, designed to be replaced, creating excess waste. I had my pair almost ten years, wearing them everyday in the colder months, and cleaning them weekly before they needed be be replaced. Buying quality items that last is more eco conscious then faux items with buzzwords attached to them. Ugh used to be attainable luxury, but now it's fast fashion with a steep price tag. Be wary, I will no longer be a customer until you re-release the 100% animal based products that last years and years.

I was surprised to discover my daughter's boots had arrived damaged. The boots were discolored and I immediately returned them to UGG closet who I learned is through Deckers.

I love all my UGG boots and shoes. The leather however is so stiff I can't get my foot in and out of them. I wore them once but getting them on was torture and getting them off actually hurt. I threw out the box so I can not return them. I threw the box out because I was sure I would love them as I do all my other UGGs. Very disappointed. I'll have to give these to someone I guess. I can't wear them!

Couldn't get then on, ordered the same size I always do. I think because the material was not flexible, very stiff.

Second time in little over a year, that we received a boot that was so much more narrow that you couldn't even get a foot in. The other boot fit ok. Having to hassle with sending back by mail, instead of being able to exchange at my local authorized retailer is a pain. After being mislead by the Ugg perfect fit sizing guide, I had ANOTHER return and hassle that goes with it.So, after the hassle of one exchange and shipping two pairs back, they were sold out of the size I needed. I think I am about ready to find another boot designer.

Left boot was fine, right boot was much more narrow on the shaft that you couldn't even get your foot angled into to it. My sister had the same exact issue the year before with a different style Ugg boot. And then after returning, and using the Ugg true size guide, I got a larger size based on the Ugg recommendation. Which ofc is too big. So, have to return again. Wish I could just exchange at a local Ugg authorized seller. And yes, I have many pairs of Uggs and know about the sizing, but there are styles that run true to size which is why I used the Ugg size selector. Just a hassle that you can't work with a local seller if you purchase online.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT EXCEPT THE "BROWNSTONE" COLOR. I ORDERED THE BLACK ONES AND THEY WERE EXACTLY AS SHOWN. SO I DECIDED TO ALSO ORDER THE BROWN ONES. WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY ARE SOO DARK BROWN THEY ALMOST LOOK BLACK. THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS PICTURED ONLINE. THE TAG ON THE BACK OF THE BOOT IS NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOR AS WHAT IS SHOWN ONLINE. THE BOOTS ONLINE SHOW A CHESTNUT COLORED BOOT WITH A BEIGE TAG THE ACTUAL BOOTS ARE A DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE BROWN WITH A DARK BROWN TAG. NOT THE SAME AT ALL. THERE IS A PICTURE BELOW FOR REFERENCE.

I was SO disappointed with the fit of these boots because I LOVED the look of them in the Brownstone! I own a pair of size 6 in the classic short, that i ordered directly from the Ugg website a year ago. They fit perfectly. When I received these leather ones, in the same size 6 (because based on the description and reviews they're supposed to fit the same as their regular classic short boots) they were much bigger at the top of the opening of boot, leaving a large gap, and my heel slipping out of them, but then fit tight at the toe of boot. These were 1/2 an inch bigger on one boot, and over 1/2 an inch bigger on the other boot measuring 14 1/2 inches. My other Ugg boots both measure under 14 inches. Thats a big difference! And the Ugg tags on back of boots were sewn on all crooked. It was like i got an outlet item, or like someone wore them and they put a new sole on them because they were all misshaped and slouched at the ankle. They just weren't right. I thought it would be safest ordering directly from the Ugg website, but apparently not.

I have 4 pair(s) of UGG Australia boots that I love. I find the short leather boot to be attractive on the website. I was disappointed when they arrived because the soles on the left & right boots were uneven and the label on the right boot was crooked. Maybe this is how UGG Australia INTENDS for the short leather boot to look. I have a THIRD PAIR of this style to send back because the label is crooked again! I think I need to give up on this style and find something else.
