Did not fit could or get my foot into the boot. And it was my size had to send it back

Came very damaged sent them back still haven't heard back. This is third time I filled this out

So so disappointed. They were so damaged I can't believe no one noticed this when they packed them. I wanted to take them on a weekend away and could not. Now I have to wait another week or so to get them

Very disappointed with the quality of this boot. The color of the shoe is not what I expected. It looked more orange than chestnut. Cut very small! All my other Uggs are a 9. These were way too small. I'd recommend getting the next size up.

I was so so dissappointed in my purchase. They were damaged. I can't believe who ever packed them did not see this. I was going to take them with me on a weekend trip but unfortunately could not.

Im not happy w the quality of my boots

I could not squeeze my foot through the ankle area. Once I finally did....after much swearing and sweating, the shoe fit , but not way was I going to go through that every time. Had to return. I don't think a size bigger would have helped either.

I'll b returning these boots. I have a black pair like these. Which I purchased 3 years ago, which I love! Thought the brown would be the same. No..to tight around ankle to easily put on!!!!

this boot is very cute that's what made me want to buy it. never thought I would have an issue with it. I guess uggs don't cater to fat feet or something I don't know. because the problem I have with this boot is I couldn't for the life of me get my foot in the boot! so I called and was informed that I wasn't the only one with this problem. I just want to know why I cant get my foot in the boot and why wont stores exchange ugg boots that's been purchased off line? who wants the hassle of having to ship them back and wait and wit for them to ship out new ones o refund money when you can just got to any store who sell ugg boots.

I couldn't get in them

I love the boots but unfortunately they are too tight in the ankle and are very difficult to get on. I had to return them. They should have a zipper in the back!

Purchased in size 9 which is same size I normally wear and I almost broke my hands trying to slip my foot in them! Very sad. Won't switch for larger size as I don't want to look like big foot.
