This is a great looking pump, and the fit was great and true to size for me. But the sole and platform sole are way too stiff. There is zero flexibility. It's like walking on a 3-1/2" high heel wooden board. It's really too bad they didn't make it flexible. Great style, but too inflexible.

These shoes are dangerously comfortable. If you buy these shoes, you will want to wear them all the time. Consider yourself warned.

Love these heels! Typically in Clarks high heels I can wear a 12, but my heel slips and an 11 is too tight. These felt great! They were a little stiff, but even after I wore them to church and a bridal shower they loosened up. I wish they came in other colors!

Got complimented on these all day the first time wearing them in the office. I love the style on the toe. Not too many black pumps out there with a twist. Very comfortable! I wore them on a very busy day in the office and never once regretted it. Wish they came in more colors. They also look fabulous with jeans.

I'm in my 50's and prefer comfort over style and guess what.. these shoes provide both. I bought them 2 weeks before an event to break them in. There wasn't any need to break them in, they were comfortable right out of the box. Love them, LOVE Clark's! I'm replacing all my shoes with Clark's and whether they are no heel or 3" heels, they are wonderful.

I fell in love with them when I saw them on the site, and fell more in love with them after I received them. After wearing them at the office for 10 straight hours my feet did not hurt. So comfy!

So I bought this shoe in the taupe but it didn't fit. I need one size up. This shoe is super super cute and would go with so many outfits, jeans, skirts, dresses, you name it. I can't comment on comfort because this shoe did not fit so clearly it would not feel good but style alone had me sold on this shoe.

Wore these new out of the box to a Christmas party, and then danced for an hour! Why? Because I know my Clarks! Not a moment of discomfort -- there never is, and I will continue to buy only Clarks heels as long as they continue to be this comfortable.

Gorgeous shoe with a 1940's look. Nice padding inside and even a little arch support. I have wide feet but the medium width felt fine. I was hoping the platform would make the heel feel lower but they still felt a little too high for my bad knees. I wish I could have kept them. If the heel height weren't an issue, I think these would have been really comfortable.

Super cute shoe and could be really comfortable but I seem to be right in between sizes. Sadly this needs to be returned.

I ordered 3 pair of black heels for a wedding. (I have issues with pain in my feet, being an X flight attendant, my feet are destroyed!) These were so much more comfortable than the other 2. All had reviews that they were comfy, but with all 3 here, these won! Love that Zappos makes it easy to return, the other 2 pair are going back!

This pump is adorable and so different with the toe design. However , I wore them even with foot pads I added and by the end of the day still the toe box was killing me. So I had to give it 2 stars for comfort. I am not sure if it is even a matter of the shoe giving some as it breaks in just very stiff around big toes (and I have narrow feet).

These heels are GORGEOUS and I was so disappointed to return them, I tried them in 8.5B and 9B and neither fit, my regular size is 8.5B. I have a narrow heel and the heel would slip so much they would not work.

This review is mostly for Zappos.com and not necessarily the shoe. Although I am returning because the fit of the shoe was too small for me I am extremely disappointed in the shoes sent to me by Zappos. They looked perfect on the bottom and unworn but the toes were all scuffed and worn, there was not any black left on the toes or the heels of the shoes. Please inspect before sending out. No one would keep these shoes and BEWARE ladies if it says 1 pair left there may be a reason. I think these had been sent out to many homes and handled and returned. Not new condition.
