Rock hard footbed with no arch support. I loved Keens when they had the wide clunky toe area. My last two pairs are long and skinny - the quality doesn't seem to be there. For the price I was disappointed. I kept them because I wanted some red all purpose winter wear around boots here in Minnesota. I didn't really like that they look dirty by the foot area - dark distressed on the red. They've been fine - a three out of five. I was used to five out of five for Keens. I may move on to another brand. My Salomon hardcore winter hiking boots are awesome inside - will look to them for the future.

I'm sending this boot back. The heel and toe area is very hard and not comfortable for my arthritic feet.
