Very disappointed in Keen. It was a cute shoe out of the box but that is where it ended. The toe box is smaller than the previous Keen's I have owned and I could have lived with that, it was the lack of support in this shoe. Felt like I was walking barefoot. Totally bummed. Zappos you rock though! Thanks for letting me send them back.

Love Keens. They usually fit my short wide feet when nothing else fits. This time...too tight across the instep.

Keen, you've done it again! I love my Keen's, because of the wide toe box. I ordered my usual size, and they are a little loose, but I'm afraid a size smaller wouldn't work. Comfy & cute right out of the box!

I absolutely love the style of the Reisen Lace in blue! It is the shoe that I will wear when my warm weather Keens are too casual (or warm) and my Danskos are too dressed up. I had to order a full size smaller than my regular lace-up Keen size. The toe box is narrower than the usual Keen style, but it is one of the things that I love about the shoe (I have medium width feet). It does not have much arch support, so a long day in this shoe may not be comfortable without an insert; it is the only reason I gave it four stars overall.

I love Keen shoes because I always need a wide shoe and these fit perfectly right out of the box! I walk 2 miles every morning before work and then I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes are comfortable enough for all day.

Fit like a typical Keen shoe, kind of wide in the front, which I like because I have wide feet. Very sturdy, I like the olive color, they go great with jeans or hiking pants.

These kept me warm and dry during a walking tour in Scotland. As with all the other Keen shoes I own, they're very comfortable--no need to break them in before wearing them for full days! They look fine with outdoor pants or shorts, but I wouldn't tend to wear them in other settings--a little clunky and outdoorsy.

I have been looking for these replacement shoes in this color for years! I am glad they finally put them out again. Never need to "break them in." First time you put them on you are good to go. Love them.

Love the shoes. Very good service. They came very quickly. Could not be happier and will order again when I need shoes.

I love the Keen Reisen. I have searched for just the right shoe for months. They were perfect. The thing that is a issue is the odor. They smell like formaldehyde, embalming fluid. This odor was in my socks & feet all day. I really like the shoe. But health comes first. I wish things were made in the USA and not overseas. I'd rather pay extra for an item. Zappos, you still are tops. The overall is a 4 Star.

Very comfortable. Roomy toe box area and a reasonable amount of cushion--would have liked a bit more, but I walked 3 miles almost right out of the box and they did great.

I have been a fan of Keen shoes for at least 10 years and all of them without exception have been a perfect fit and super comfortable. Never had to return anything.

Love them! Cute and very comfortable right out of the box. I wear an 8 in Keen Presidios, saw these come in half sizes so ordered an 8.5 which is my usual size in most brands. They fit perfect! Not as much arch support as the presidios but doesn't bother my feet at all. I like the fit in the toe box better than the presidios. I ordered the blue and they are great with jeans for a comfy casual outing.

I really love these shoes. The fit was very true, and feels like a glove. Probably the most comfortable active shoe I have worn. I really like the look, very stylish, yet I feel secure in wet, slippery conditions with the rugged bottom. The are perfect for running errands, or walking in the woods near my home.

First off, let me say, when I first put these on they were the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Their insole is amazing. Felt like I was walking on clouds. Keen has really out done themselves with the overall comfort of these shoes. I would love to give this shoe 5 stars for comfort, but there is one nagging problem. In my left shoe, right where the first grommet (at the toe) resides above my big toe joint, I experience sharp, painful pressure on my foot. I have felt inside and it just seems that where the bend in the shoe naturally occurs with each step is where the tongue attaches and is where that grommet lives. All of those layers of shoe folded on one another really hurts. With some wiggling of the tongue, wiggling of my foot, tightening/loosening of the laces, I can get it to stop hurting my foot and go about my day in the otherwise most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Ever since my first pair of Keens, I have drank the kool-aid. They are the only shoe brand I wear because they have it all - excellent heel support, excellent foot bed space, excellent arch support, excellent style. I cannot recommend them enough.

I love these shoes. I have 3 pairs of the Keen Coronados, my favorite pair being a black leather pair that I got at least 6 years ago. These are a little more padded and a little more bulky than the Coronados, but they are very comfortable and look great. I wear an 8 in all Keen shoes and an 8.5 - 9 in all their boots. I got these in an 8 and they fit perfect.

These shoes are true to size and comfortable. I am only disappointed in the support in the foot bed. Other Keens I have had in the past have had different support that worked better for me.

These are about the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned, and I own Birkenstocks, Mephistos, and Danskos. Right out of the box i could wear them for hours. Very sporty, nice outdoor shoe, nice with jeans or cords. Would be great for a walking tour. I have worn them hiking, but the suede can get too dirty and they are not waterproof so I have opted not to use them for long hiking. Wore them all last winter (when no or little snow on the ground). Love these!

These are sturdy all purpose shoes. My regular size in Keens (9) was half a size too big - my feet were swimming in them. I sized down to an 8½ and that fits well with plenty of room for an orthotic in one shoe (soft ankle brace that goes under foot and inflates in the arch with a small pump). If I wear them without the ankle brace I will insert an Orthaheel liner (Zappos carries these). Otherwise there is very little arch support - none as far as I am concerned. For me these shoes are worth various adjustments - I think they will be great shoes. Not dressy shoes, but great, useful shoes. I got the grey and like it - I may get another color later.

Very comfortable and cute. Great with jeans - casual pants. Sturdy. Warmer than regular athletic shoes. Needed that shoe for winter that I could just run around in. Laces stay tied too.

These shoes are cute and very comfortable. I like that they are a little less bulky than some other styles. The color goes with black or brown pants, and are nice enough to wear to my job at a hospital. I was looking for something comfy, for standing and walking all day. I like them enough to keep them, but I wish they had more shock absorption and padding, especially under the ball of the foot. The Presidio and the Toyah were both more cushiony but not as cute, hence my choice. I replaced the footbeds with Superfeet, which have great arch support, and will try another pair of inserts from Dr. Scholls, and will see how it goes. All in all they are worth keeping. They run a tiny bit larger (less than a half-size) than the other Keen shoes I tried.

As a woman tired of having to wear men's shoes, I wanted to like this Keen. However, it is too narrow for my size 11W foot. I will have to return it and get a men's version. Too bad they don't sell men's shoes in navy blue!

I loved these shoes, but with in a matter of weeks the fabric started tearing along the stitch lines in weird places which were not from normal wear and tear. rather upset about it.
