I love these Keens. I have yet to be disappointed. They may run slightly big.

Too narrow and the right shoe was too small. This is not usually a problem for me. I don't wear wide shoes otherwise. I wish it fit because I like the look.

I loved Keens for 10 years, have about 15 pair of boots, sandals and shoes--maybe even more. No breaking in period--awesome! My family and most of my friends have many pairs too. Up until 3-4 yrs ago when they changed the one thing that made them unique--their wide toe and comfortable foot ware. Now no one wears them that I am familiar with...but they worked so well before that, every year now I order several pair and ultimately, send them back because they are no different then most boots/shoes of other companies! I wrote to the company; no response. I called the company two-three years ago and she said they were going to come out with a few more wider styles. Never happened. My job is a meter reader so I walk for miles in all weather and I would spend a lot to be comfortable. These shoes/boots that I am returning~ I really tried to justify keeping them--but I am returning because these are totally uncomfortable and very stiff...no room for the toes--and I have very narrow feet--and ordered a half size bigger than usual. I guess I just have to accept I have to find another brand and not order the Keens again. I know my friends and family have stopped. It's really a shame.

Do not buy these boots. the top eyelets are glued in rather than stitched and mine came out almost immediately. It's a serious design flaw. I have filed a warrenty claim with KEEN but that is a hassle. It's too bad!
