The shoe looks great. Tried it and is runs really long. I would need a 1/2 smaller. :(

This shoe is a little big for me. I ordered a 7 1/2 and it was a little big. Based on reviews I order a 7 to see if that was better, bu the 7 was a bit too small. I guess I am between sizes and trying to decide whether to keep these shoes. I like the styling and comfort.

The reviews here were a big help in choosing the correct size. Normally in Merrell clogs I wear size 8. I do have a pair of Merrell Veranda short boots in 7.5, so I thought this might work. These shoes look a bit like Minnie Mouse pumps, but not in a bad way. I will never be wearing pointy stilettos again. It's good to have a comfortable shoe that I can wear with a suit or dress. My Merrell boots took some breaking in, and needed arch supports. I also added a thicker Merrell insole, which can be ordered. I am using a thin arch support now that I have tried these on,just on my smaller foot. Will see how they break in. My boots feel super comfortable after their break in, and I think these will, too. They are not bad now, just a little stiff. It will be interesting to see if I need stick on heel grips in the back when I wear nylons or tights. I have an unused set that are pretty thick, but these shoes would probably need thinner ones.

I bought this shoe because I walk and stand hours at a time. While it does give heel and arch support..there is not enough cushion on the ball of your foot. I will keep the shoe but I will have to add a shoe insert for additional cushion. It is true to size I wear a 9.

These shoes just didn't look as dressy-casual as the picture, and with the round toe, seemed a bit short (Although maybe that's because I'd planned to wear them with socks). I decided to return them, but am still rating them high for overall and comfort--someone else might like them more than I did.

I actually really liked this shoe and had a difficult time deciding whether or not to return it. I ended up sending it back, only because it doesn't quite meet my needs at this time. However, I will say it is an extremely comfortable shoe and actually looks much nicer on one's feet than in the photo. The leather looks to be of high quality. I needed a shoe that I can wear for work, as I stand for long hours in front of an audience and must look professional. I was concerned that the shoe might be a bit "old lady-ish," but that is not the case. With a knee-length dress, the shoe looks sharp. You can't beat the fit and comfort. I like that it has high-heel functionality without being a high-heel. I will say the shoe feels a little heavy when you pick it up, but on my feet I did not notice this. I may end up ordering it again at a later point, but for now it isn't quite what I need.

I loved the overall style of this shoe. I always have worn a 9M but found these to be too tight. I tried only wearing nylons with them as trouser socks were too thick. That solved some of the problem but I will take them to a cobbler for a stretch of the vamp and to see if he can get my toes some breathing room.

They fit me a bit loose, a good thing since I had to add front gel inserts after much walking. That said, they are a good shoe for the city where it can be wet and grimy. I plan to make them my only shoe packed on a European trip this summer.

Hate these shoes, which is a surprise for a pair of Merrell's. The heel is high enough it pushes my foot forward and leaves a gap at the heal. The shoe is cut low enough that it irritates my bunion. I am very disappointed, as it didn't look like it would hit that part of my foot when viewing it on-line. Really not that comfortable.

The shoes are beautiful and very comfortable. They seem to be made for a wide foot and mine is not so I have to wear heavy socks in order not to walk out of them.

Not as comfortable as Jungle Mocs, but definitely dressier. I thought they ran on the small side, but then I need a wide. It does cut a bit over the instep on me, but I could wear for several hours as long as I wore with hose.

I ordered these in size 8, my usual, but they were too big so I re-ordered in 7.5, which are too small. They seem like wonderful shoes but they just don't work for me. Darn.

I usually wear a 7.5-8 in dress shoes and 8.5 in boots/trainers. There was no size 8 available, so I thought I would be okay with the 7.5 based on others' reviews of ordering a 1/2 size smaller. My toe came right to the end and would have been snug if I'd wanted to wear stockings. So I'm returning. Was hoping for a comfy, low heel to trudge around an airport in, since I travel for work.

I really do like these shoes, but they are just a bit too big. I was going to return them, but was afraid the next size down would be too small. Instead, I just put a couple of toe pads in them (two in the right one) and hoped for the best. I wear them, but they're not an ideal fit. Probably should have just returned the size 6 and ordered a 5 1/2 instead. I want to give them five stars, but can't do that, unfortunately.

I was looking for a casual comfortable look but dressy enough for the office. I think it is but the fit isn't right for my feet. My foot slips out of it as I walk. It is also a heavy weight shoe. I am returning the shoes.

These are beautiful shoes. I bought the 9, 9½, and the 10. They all hit right at the bone on the side of the big toe. They may fit someone without wide feet, but not me. I am very disappointed because it is beautiful leather and a great hiking around town heel.

This shoe is VERY heavy! Also runs narrow. Had to return it and try the Clarks Daelyn Towne.

Very well made. Also they seemed a little staid. The materials are great but they are heavy! They fit really well and I would have kept them if they had been a little more feminine.

Run big. Comfortable but just seem very clunky. I am returning them due to size.

Very comfortable, except it seems to stretch as you wear it. Becomes hard to keep on my feet. Bought an inner sole and hope it helps.

I always like to own a decent pair of dressier walking shoes. My last ones wore out so I ordered these. Nice style and color. Major problem is sizing. They seemed a bit large at first, but now that I've worn them, can can't return them they are very large, at least if not more than 1 size. I am a virtually perfect size 6 and don't have trouble getting shoes. I also felt the arch support was too far back towards the heel to be useful.

I bought these shoes hoping that they would be perfect for wearing to trade shows. I am a fairly solid size 6 in almost any shoes but I had to do a double take when I tried them on - I thought that I had been sent the wrong size. They are too big and currently Zappos does not have the smaller size in stock so I am back on the hunt for perfect trade show shoes.

Bought the shoe in the burgundy color. Didn't like it at all. It looked more plastic than leather. Runs 1/2 size big. Very comfortable, though.

Cute shoe for casual wear. Comfortable at points other than the toe box and the beginning of my arch. I have narrow feet and usually have to use a heel pad to take up some space so my heel doesn't lift out of the shoe, but with this shoe I didn't need to do so because the toe box was so (too) snug. The arch hit at an uncomfortable place on my left foot. If you don't have these problems, the shoe overall could be very comfortable. Plus, I ordered two different pairs of the same size so if they were comfortable I could pick the best pair. Quality control varies. I would have kept one pair but returned the other because the other pair had a couple noticeable defects in the leather. One pair was lighter in tone that the other. I would have preferred the darker, richer burgundy pair but that was also the pair with the leather defects. And as always, I love Zappos!

These shoes did not fit well and pinched in several areas -- the top and also at the heel. There was something that rubbed on the inside arch, like a stone, although I couldn't find it to clear it out.
