This is my second pair of Geox sneakers. I'm a devotee because of their unique footbed ventilation system. It works to keep my feet dry even in sneakers all day on hot days. I'm as pleased with this model as I was the last ones, which are now several years old.

I bought these to wear as light, casual summer shoes. I use them to play disc golf and badminton on grass and they do both with aplomb. They're definitely inspired by driving shoes so the soles are fairly thin but they're very grippy. Support and cushioning are modest so you wouldn't want to do 10 miles on concrete but for just kicking around, these are tough to beat and you will look great while doing it. Sizing - I didn't notice that they called the 11 a European 44 and had to go one size larger than usual to a 12/45 for a good fit. Apparently the European sizing is more consistent.

This shoe fits and feels great. My only objection is that the knobby sole seems to wear out fast. I bought a pair of white Uomo Snakes less than a year ago and for some reason white is now not available in the United States. That's too bad.

Excellent shoe in all its aspects. I bought these for a trip to Europe and wore them in the heat of southern Italy. They felt like slippers - light but with an a great grip.
