I have been wanting a pair of slip-ons for a while but I have not been able to find any that I like. I like the look and fit of Toms but they fall apart in a week. I can never get Vans to fit right and find the stiff, rubber sole way too uncomfortable. These strike a nice balance. I am a woman and usually an 8½, I got the men's 6½/women's 8 and they fit. They are a bit wide but like I said, I am a woman and I have narrow feet. The soles are so flexible though and the insert is comfortable - even with no socks. These will also hold up a million times better than Toms - a necessity when you live, work, and commute in an urban area. The forged rubber soles, double layer canvas at the toe - they are definitely heavy but you can tell that they are over engineered and built to last. They are definitely recommend for men or women looking for more flexible soled slip-ons that will take whatever your city life throws at them.

I bought these shoes right before going on a trip which involved a lot of walking. That's usually a bad idea but in this case it was no problem at all. These shoes were immediately comfortable and I never went through any pain breaking them in. They are my new favorite shoes! I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a half size smaller than I wear in other shoes and they fit great. Work as well off the bike around town as they do on it. Uppers are good for straps or flipping pedals up and the soles are nice and firm at the balls of the feet. Look great with shorts or jeans.

Great biking shoe! Between the lack of laces and comfort I have not regretted this investment. Also since they look pretty nice I've gotten away with wearing them to work a few times.

Very pleased with these. I wear these to work most days and I've noticed they're so much more comfortable than all my other shoes, especially while standing around on a train for long periods. Very comfortable! Also, this isn't necessarily good or bad but they're much heavier than I expected. I guess that can be attributed to the forged rubber?

I really like these shoes, they are comfortable, look good and have good grip. They do run much bigger than any other shoe I've ever purchased though. I usually wear an 8.5 or sometimes a 9. First I got an 8 but they were still large so I returned them for a 7.5. The 7.5 is good with medium thickness socks but if I were to wear thin socks or go barefoot I would need a 7. I am happy with the purchase though.

Great shoes! Very comfortable, true to size, and I love the color. Note: The insoles are meant to be removable. I had an old pair of these in a different color that weren't like that and at first, I thought these were defective, but again, they are meant to be like that. I don't mind one way or the other. My old pair are over a year old and are still in great shape. No tears or anything. The forged rubber shoes last so long! And I bike nearly every day to work, so I'm not easy on them.

Great shoes. Stylish with a very high quality build. They were uncomfortable the first day, but after a few days are breaking in well. My guess is the initial discomfort is due to how strong the materials are, which is a good thing.

Wanted black slip on sneakers, Van slip ons make my foot look long, Toms wear out a little too fast for heavy wear. I'm usually a 91/2, sometimes a 10 if the shoe runs narrow. Got the men's 8. It's a little big because I didn't factor in the fact that I probably won't wear socks with these.

I've always been a fan of the Vans slip-ons; I've owned many pairs. But I feel like they wear out quickly, sometimes not even lasting a year. I've owned a couple pairs of Chrome slip-ons now and these last a lot longer. Much better quality if you're willing to spend the extra $$$. Not that these kinds of shoes give you much support, but I feel like these hug your foot a bit tighter as well, which I prefer. I like most Chrome gear and the packaging on these is also pretty awesome, if you're into that sort of thing.

I've had a couple of different slip-on's before, like SeaVees which were great, and these Chrome Dima's are my favorite so far. After wearing them throughout the summer I can say that are comfortable, seem durable, are easy to wash, aren't showing any major signs of wear yet, the tread is still good and I think they look cool.
The problem with these is definitely the sizing. I usually wear an 8.5 to 9 in men's and read the reviews saying to get a size down, so I got the Dima's in an 8 at first and they were huge, way bigger than any 9 I've gotten before. I returned them for a 7.5 and kind of wish I had gotten a 7 instead.
At 7.5 they fit pretty well with thicker socks like I would wear in fall. With thinner no-show socks or barefoot, these shoes feel a little too loose at a 7.5 and I primarily got them for summer. I think I would buy another pair in the future, as long as I can get the right size and not settle for "close enough" next time.

I've been really happy with these. A few things worth noting: - Despite being technically unisex, they are a masculine-looking shoe, without a doubt. I'm a woman and at first waffled about keeping them, but I've gotten used to that. - They are comfortable from the get-go. No blisters or awkward places that rub. That said, they don't have much arch support, and they run a tad wide because they're unisex. I ended up putting insoles into them to provide more arch support and heel cushioning, and it gives them a more snug fit. - I thought the color was tough to identify online. It's called "Denim" and does have a slightly blue hue to it in person, but they tend to look mostly like a dark grey with hints of purple/blue. It depends on what light you're in. - The piece at the back is reflective, which my wife didn't like and thought was sort of distracting, but I don't mind it. If you're cycling, that's great. - They run big. I initially ordered my usual size and went down a half size in the end. That was a much better fit.

Comfortable to walk in for a non-sneaker shoe, fits snug, doesn't fall off since hugs heels nicely. Looks cool too, according to a couple people who noticed, one of whom you would probably consider cool in his way. The word "chrome" appears in three spots on the shoe though, which is a little excessive. Seems sturdy.

I wear a women's size 8 1/2. Based on another customer's review, I purchased this shoe in a men's size 6 1/2, women's size 8. Unfortunately, it was too small. So I exchanged it for the next size up, men's 7, women's 8 1/2 and that was way, way, too big. It was super wide. Interestingly, the larger size had a very different sole. Sadly, I will be returning both

Cute shoe, but heavy in the toe area, so I felt like I might trip myself up. If I ordered a half size smaller, I'm afraid they might be too narrow.

Bends in the right spot at the ball of the foot. Easy-on design. Runs small not large, as others have noted. Low-pro toe design leaves little room for natural toe wiggle.

These shoes are a huge disappointment and waste of money. I have had two pairs of Chrome slip-ons in the past. The first pair where incredible and lasted me a year and a half of being my only pair of shoes. I cycle every single day, work 45 hours a week and would even wear them on camp trips. Those previous shoes both had to be retired not due to breaking down but because they just started to smell. This new run are just pitiful. I bought them at the Chrome store itself in Seattle as a birthday present to myself. I needed a new pair of shoes anyways and had been eyeballing them but wanted to try them on. They felt great so I dropped the cash on them. Two weeks of walking in these and the tred was 100% gone. Just totally smooth rubber surface! The big "chrome" logo tags on the front wore off in about three weeks and I basically had to cut them off. They are still incredibly comfortable, they are just EXTREMELY dangerous on wet floors. I fell super hard upon walking into a local supermarket after coming in from the rain. I have also had to buy a shitty pair of Vans to wear at work because every day I almost slipped and fell on wet spots. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone, in fact I would advise Chrome to discontinue these shoes as it is quite literally like walking on a fine sheet of ice when walking across a wet surface. Seriously folks- very dangerous on wet floors once the tred wears off (which again, only took a short time).
