I love these boots. They're sturdy and comfortable, and even look pretty stylish from a certain distance. I bought the regular, non-extra-wide-calf version, and I sometimes have trouble fitting my calves into boots, but not these. I've still got extra room in there. (They're not too ridiculously loose in the calves -- they don't look odd or anything.) I highly recommend these!

I scoured every boot-selling shop at my local mall, plus a TJ Maxx, and a Shoe Carnival - to no avail. I gave up and ordered from Zappos. These were the 2nd pair I got (the 1st were too narrow for my wide flipper feet). They're beautiful, don't pinch my toes at all. I'm short (5') and they come to right below my knee. Not too big around the calf (some shoemakers think wide feet = wide calves).They look great! The only thing I'd change is the support; they're comfy, but I'm considering an insert of some kind for when I'm on my feet all day.

I love this boot! They might not be the most attractive, but they're not horrible either. They work well when paired over leggings or skinny jeans. They are incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the purchase!

Bought these for my daughter who lives in the Philadelphia area. She LOVES them. Says they are very comfortable, look great, and warm. Couldn't beat them - especially at this price.

Everything about these shoes was perfect, except for the lining. Inside the shoe the lining is very synthetic and I was worried it would cause the shoe to become stinky. Couldn't keep them because of this possibility. Wide width was true to size and very comfortable.

They are very comfortable and stylish. I can walk for long distances in them. Love them! Get plenty of compliments!

I absolutely love these boots. I bought a black and a brown pair. Comfort from the moment you put them on. You can wear them all day long and do lots of walking in them. They have a wider feel to the toe area, which makes them very comfortable to wear all day long. Like the other reviewer, I only wish they came in real leather as well, as I like my feet to breathe and also so they would get that natural worn look that is so becoming in real leather.

Love this boot. It fit well from the first moment - no break in period. My only wish is that it was made with real leather not faux, so that I would be able to have these boots for years to come. I love the rounded toe box - plenty of room for some warm winter socks!

This is a very comfy boot. I am normally a size 5, but I got this with 5.5 - fits just perfect with normal socks, although I suggest getting a size up if you intend to wear thicker socks with it. It's warm enough, it hugs my calves nicely with enough room for leggings - very satisfied!

I was looking for a cute boot with a little tread on the bottom to wear in between snowstorms. These boots are just what I was looking for. I found that they are true to size. My calves are on the larger side and unlike the other reviewers these fit me perfectly. I'm 5'3" and the are the perfect height, about 3" below my knees. I haven't worn them out so I can't speak about comfort. Had a half size larger been in stock I would have ordered and put inserts in. The footbed seems a little hard. The faux leather isn't the best I've seen but far from the worst. As always, Zappos service is top notch!

This is a super cute, comfortable boot. The boots go on easily and fit really nicely. However, the calf part is very roomy and I do not have skinny calves, so if you're a jean or leggings gal these are perfect because you won't feel confined or like they are too tight. Overall, they are very nice.

I'm pretty thin so these didn't work for me - they were much too wide around the calf. They were also much smaller than expected, but I expected this with Hush Puppies and ordered 1/2 size up. The shoe itself was comfortable, though - too bad the calf looked bad.
