These boots are super cute and comfortable! At the advice of a lot of the reviewers, I ordered a half a size bigger, but I had to exchange them for my normal size. I can get my foot in just fine and I know they will loosen up even more overtime. I have received a lot of compliments.

First off I ordered my normal size 8. I was able to get the left one on fine. I will add I have extremely high arches with my right foot being a little longer an the arch a little higher than the left. So I failed to get the right boot on. Very disappointed. I then decided to order a half size larger. They came in today :) I put the right one on first an yes!! Success. These boots are adorable. You might want to go up a half size tho. I love them!!!

I am not sure how other reviewers are not able to get their feet in these. They work absolutely perfectly for me and they are are so cute. I wear an 8½ in most shoes, but I size up to a 9 for running shoes and sandals. I ordered these in an 8½, but they were a little tight. I returned them for a 9 and they fit perfectly when I add a half-length arch support insole in them (I do this to most of my shoes). The shaft and foot of these boots are pretty stiff when you first get them, making walking a little awkward at first, but I spent a little time bending the boots in different directions with my hands and that solved the problem. They were comfy the first time I wore them for an extended period and continue to be comfortable many wears later. I am so happy with these!

I just love these boots. This is my first pair of western style boots. I typically wear a 9 in boots but these run a tad big so an 8.5 fit perfect. These are great for wearing with skinny jeans because the shaft is roomy. I have also worn with boot cut and they work well too. They are very easy to get on and off. They are very comfortable. I wore them all day and all night with moderate walking and when I took them off at 10 pm my feet did not hurt a bit. This is rare because even with my most comfy shoes, my right foot arch hurts by end of day. I love these boots! Try them.

Love these boots. They are true to size, at least for me, the 9 is loose enough to pull on. Just remember when you get them that cowboy boots are loose in the heel as a rule. They require a little but not a ton of breaking in. After wearing them a couple of times they are comfortable. These boots are now my go to boots for casual and dressy stuff, they look great with just about everything.

I love these little boots. They are very comfortable, easy to wear and super cute to boot! They arrived with cardboard forms packed tightly into instep which were not immediately visible or obvious. Perhaps folks that found the instep tight did not notice and remove this before trying them on, it would have been very easy to miss.

I love my boots. I originally had a size 7. I wear a size 6 sandal and thought the 7 would be big enough, but I had to get a size 8 to feel comfortable. My feet are wide and the 7's weren't wide enough. The 8 is perfect! They look so good on me!

I'm a consistent size 7 and ordered that and these fit just fine. I'm not experiencing the snug ankle fit that others are either, but I'm a petite person overall. The boots are comfortable and wore them all day long on day 1 with no complaints. I think they're a tad bit overpriced fir the quality but haven't found this type of boot anywhere else. Overall quite happy!

Super cute! I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. I have wide feet so ordered an 8, though my length is more like 7.5, but I needed that extra width. They seem well made. There's no kind of arch support or cushion in the sole, so I recommend wearing some kind of insole or thick sock. The ankle part is pretty wide so you could tuck in a jean leg, or if you had wider ankles.

I listened to everyone's advice and ordered size 9 when I usually take an 8.5. These boots were gargantuan on me. Returning and trying a different size as they are really cute.

I love these boots. They are exactly what I wanted. I did get a whole size larger because of the previous reviews and that was good advice. It would have been much harder to get them on if they were smaller. I think the toe of the boot might have extra room but I wear these with thick socks anyway. They are definitely not as soft as I had seen in the video but I didn't necessarily want soft.

They are super cute but have absolutely no cushioning inside.

The boots have marks on the heel, creases on the front bent and scuff marks under the shoe as well..... BUT they fit fine so I determined they were just a return and I kept them. Normally I would have returned but the wear marks were minimal.

I bought these boots for mom. The first pair I purchased, the left boot felt loose on her. Don’t know if it was sized wrong or what but the second pair fit and are very cute.

These boots were very comfortable, and my wide feet fit fine, even though I ordered my regular size. I wanted to love these boots, but they made me look pretty dumpy. I can't quite figure it out, but I think it's because I'm short and the shaft is just a little too tall. I ended up getting a boot that hit right at my ankle.

I just had to write a review after reading the review about these boots not being made for human feet. I literally laughed out loud. Like that reviewer - I had to return these boots too. Because I couldn't get them on. They are nice looking - and appear to be pretty well made - but if you have a high in-step like I do - you will not be able to get your foot in this boot.

This is a great boot for the price. I originally purchased a size larger based on the reviews. However, I found them to be true to size so had to exchange them for my usual size 8. My only negative observation is that the first pair I received (size 9) were a bit cheap looking. I wasn't too terribly disappointed based on the price point. When I received the 2nd pair in my correct size 8 they appeared to be made from a completely different material and much better quality. I guess I lucked out.

Love these boots! Not the most comfortable at first but that's typical with a lot of leather boots at first, just have to be patient the first couple of times you wear them. I had read reviews that people felt the sizing of these boots ran small but for me they seemed pretty true to size. Enjoy! :)

I love the way these boots look. They are a bit stiff, but am hoping they will soften up. Fit seems fine. I ordered a half size larger to accommodate my orthotics. I have no problem getting them on (and I have a deformed arch on my right foot), but they are tough to get off.

These boots were super cute, but we’re too firm in the ankle to be comfortable for me.

These are really cute for the money but they run really big and the leather is stiff and uncomfortable.

While I didn't purchase these at Zappos, but when I was visiting Nashville, I thought I would still write my review. I normally wear a 9, and have these boots in a 9.5. While they are hard to put on, a long-handled shoe horn, makes it so much easier. I can wear these all day at work - even on a day when I am moving all day long. I haven't walked more than 1/2 mile in them yet, and they are fine. Cute with leggings and tunics, and trousers.

These boots were exactly what I was looking for in style but they kill my feet! Bummer! Leather is super hard and does not give. I might try a larger size with a gel insert for comfort because it just love the way they look.

The boots looked great online and after reading some of the reviews, I'd figured I'd give them a try. When I got them, I could easily get my foot in and out , but the material is sooooooo stiff, I felt like it would be an eternity before they broke in. So had to return them...couldn't get over how stiff the entire shoe was.
