I wanted a neutral, brownish heel for work and I'm loyal to wedges. This was pretty much the only option. It was more expensive than I wanted, but I only wear a couple of pairs and could justify the cost. These look very nice and are comfortable out of the box. They fit as expected (I'm almost always an 8 and these fit perfectly in 8). I particularly like the fact that they walk quietly - there isn't a loud click or clack, but a muted one, as the heel is rubber and cushioned. All in all, I expect to wear these for many years to come. The only problem I had was that I got a blister on the heel the first time I wore them. I haven't worn them since, but I expect that will wear down over time.

Very cute shoes. Built-in cushion insoles that makes a great difference with support. Heel grip cushion is also built-in, which is great for my skinny ankles. No slippage. I normally wear size 6.5 but bought size 6. Glad I got the 6.

Extraordinarily comfortable. Heel height is perfect, insole is soft and comfy, great flex and tread. Much quieter than other heels. Very office appropriate. Highly recommend.

Great shoes, very comfy! They do run about a half size large. Im a true 6.5, and I'm going to send them back and order in a 6. The 6.5's tend to fall off my heel. But overall a fantastic shoe and very comfy.

It took awhile before I ordered these based on the heel height, but they just looked so pretty. Ended up wearing these 2 days in a row right away. For an almost 4 inch heel these are comfortable. Love these shoes!

You need to order these a half size up for sure. I work for a pretty conservative dressing company and am on my feet all day during events-- love these shoes. I do add extra padding in the ball foot. They aren't super heavy and they don't look blocky. Chic and looks good-- with comfortable walking and standing.

It is true that these shoes fit true to size. I normally am between an 8½ and 9 depending on the style. I am a solid 8½ in these. They are very comfortable and have a rubber sole so you are not filling the room with noise whenever you walk! The mushroom color is very pretty in person - A pretty greenish brown that is very unique. These are definitely recommend these for all seasons!

I bought these because I wanted high quality comfortable black heels. I wear them on days when I need to be on my feet all day, and they are great.

These shoes rock! I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy (with swollen feet) but refuse to part with heels. These shoes have been the perfect solution. They are so comfortable and look fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I like these Clarks. This shoe runs a little tight around the broadest part of my foot, but I'm hoping they loosen up a tad. Otherwise they are comfortable.

If you want comfort, this is the right pair, if you want style, maybe not the best. They are very well made and are so comfortable for my wide feet. Actually made my legs look longer too because of the heel, but the style itself is maybe just not to my taste. They are not THAT bad, but my husband told me these shoes aged me 10-15 years. But he does have a feet fetish, so if shoes do not make me look sexy is a no no for him. So I guess this is a return.

The mushroom patent snake leather color was a bit too gray for me. It was a gray-brown. Not gray, not brown, but a muddy mix of the two. True to size. It might run a little wide because my W feet were pretty comfy in a M shoe.

These are a great shoe for work or or for outings when heels are preferred but you don't want to kill your feet with stilettos. For the Clarks brand and for the high price, I was expecting a bit more of a cushion insole, though. I have purchased shoes that were much less expensive and less reputable than Clarks and had a more comfortable insole. That said, they are a good shoe. Maybe just not as amazing as I expected for the price. They don't hurt my feet at all, but they also don't cushion my feet. One thing I like about these is that you could wear them with either black or brown outfits. Since the snakeskin is a very dark red, and the stacked wedge heel is dark brown, you could get away with clothing in either black or brown.

Gorgeous shoes! I wish I could wear them all day, but I've never been one for 3" heels, plus I need arch support. But of course I wear them because they are gorgeous!

These shoes are amazing. They have everything I want in a work shoe. Comfort, style, versatlity and all without clip-clopping around the office annoying everyone.

This is a cute shoe - great for the office. Somewhat comfortable. However, I thought it was a little too pricey for what it was, so I returned it.

They are not as comfortable as I would have liked. I bought them for work and I am on my feet all day. Morning is okay but by early afternoon my feet begin to hurt. I tried little socks and that improved things a bit, but overall disappointed with the comfort factor. These being Clarks and all...

The shoes are beautiful and as comfy as the video indicates. The only issue I've had is the black part on the left front toe is peeling back a little, but Zappos customer service rectified that for me immediately. Other than that the shoes are perfect!

I have to disagree entirely with many of the other reviews. I found these shoes to be true to size rather than 1/2 size large, and I found them extraordinarily uncomfortable. It may be the difference between the natural leather style (the black) versus the mushroom synthetic (which I what I ordered), because the synthetic material did not have any give at all -- it was hard, stiff, and very painful on my smaller toes. Also, the insole offers nearly no padding down in the toe box. These shoes are so cute, but lately Clarks has been taking their heels so high (for their professional style shoes) that I haven't been able to find any that work for me. I own 7 pairs of Clarks and have loved this brand, but 3-inch heels don't work for me. Clarks used to be my go-to brand for professional, stylish shoes that are friendly to my feet but that don't look like orthopedic shoes. But for the past few years, their stylish shoes have all gone to 3-inch heels. I'm returning these and am on the hunt for another brand of work shoes.

Love CLARKS shoes, but wasn't in love with this style. Fit true to size, overall cute, but not as much support under the toes as other Clark shoes. Sending back unfortunately.
