Dear Softwalk, You have broken my heart. I have been seeking to replace my almost 3 year old Softwalk Rocklin 11N boots in Graphite. I love these boots so much that I want to wear them forever, and they feel like walking on clouds. It is so difficult for me to find comfortable boots for my flat, narrow, size 11 feet. And the light gray suede (Graphite) was the perfect color. I just tried ordering a new pair from Orthotic Shop online- Softwalk Rocklin, 11N, Graphite. The boots I received are so dark that they are almost black in color, and the quality is very inferior to my previous pair. There was stitching coming out in the footbed when I received them, they do not feel as comfortable, and the materials are not as good quality. I thought that surely this must be a mistake. I tried ordering a pair from Shoe Buy online. I received the same dark gray boots that do not match ANY photos I see of the Softwalk Rocklin in graphite, including on your website! This is indeed false advertising if you have updated your product and not even bothered to update the photos on your website, nor inform any companies that sell this shoe. What happened to the LIGHT gray style in Graphite suede, like you have pictured? Have you changed this product permanently? I would recommend my old Rocklin boots in a heartbeat, but I cannot recommend the updated ones at the price point you are selling them at.

These boots are very comfortable, but within a few times wearing them the material that covered the heals started peeling. I'm returning them.

These booties are absolutely adorable. I'm tall, so I hunted for a while to find booties with a reasonable heel that were still stylish; these fit the bill perfectly. I had to go down half a size originally, but the exchange was very easy. The shoe is cushioned and comfy. I commute twice a week to work and these are my go to's. They would be getting five stars, but... They have COMPLETELY worn out and started to fall apart in just a few months of pretty light wear. I bought them ~1 year ago, but didn't wear them at first. I've been consistently wearing them twice a week for four months and obviously, they are just not durable at all. I am completely bummed, as I was hoping to buy another pair or two in different styles. Unless I can gain some confidence in them (Has the style/durability changed?) I won't be recommending or buying again. I can't reiterate how disappointed I am. I guess it's time to find another perfect bootie :(

After wearing these boots twice, the faux wood sticker(?) around the heel is starting to bubble and peel off. If this happened toward the end of the season, I would be more understanding. It should not be happening after only wearing them twice. They look cute and feel great, but I will be returning these for a full refund.

I was quite enamoured with these for the first 3.5 months. They straddle the line of comfort and fashion nicely, and it can be difficult to find attractive boots in wider widths. They're versatile, and not bad for long walks. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing these. Sadly, last week, while on a trip, the sole of one boot cracked straight through to the leather underneath, leaving me stuck walking for hours in the rain with one very wet foot. Tremendously disappointed that I had to toss boots at this price point in less than 4 months. As a student, I really can't afford to replace them with anything comparable right now. I'd been treating the leather regularly and had looked forward to having them for a long time.
