I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 shoe and this boot, though it is lovely and high quality and looks just gorgeous, was way too small. I couldn't get my foot into it. I tried and tried but it would not go. I'm afraid I have to return it. I do so love them though. I don't know what to say, since the other reviewers do not mention a size problem. Sad face!

Shoes are beautiful and high quality. Love the metallic finish. It's modern metallic...no disco here! Love everything about them. Especially the leather foot bed and lining; a must for shoes and boots that I wear without socks. Love these boots! But mostly I really appreciated the unbelievably great service from the Zappos customer service team and loved the birthday and cookies Cassandra sent to me. Your customer service team is second to none! Perfection!

So after reading these reviews I went to the Ash store to try on various sizes. I am a 6.5/37 and the 37 fit me perfectly...definitely room for a sock or thick tight. I do have a high arch and since this bootie has no zipper, it takes a little wiggling to get the foot in, but it's such a great staple bootie! If you have a wide foot, these definitely wouldn't be a good fit. I didn't give 5 stars for comfort, even though it is a very good walking around bootie, I think there could be a bit more padding under the ball of the foot. I've worn these every day since I bought them (3 days)! And really great quality for the price!

Perfect bootie, and at first I couldn't get them on my feet, I have a high arch. So I tried a thin, smooth nylon sock, and eventually I slipped right in. So, all you "they are impossible to put on-people" think again and try this trick. The leather will also get more flexible when you've put them on a few times, and they are a dream to walk in.

I love these booties. But it's impossible to get it on even a narrow foot! I'd love to keep them; the problem is putting them on!

Believe the reviews. Opening was too small to get my foot into the boot. Couldn't even tell if the length was correct.
