I love this boot! I was hesitant at first because of the price but Zappos makes it possible for someone to find the perfect boot. I tried on several boots and had to return them all I have a problem with boots being too big in my calf and my leg is swimming in them. This was perfect it is adjustable in the calf and doesn't look ridiculous when it is a bit scrunched for a smooth fit. They are warm inside the lining is soft and cozy. the heel height is perfect and they are comfortable right out of the box. The leather is quality and I love the rubber bumper at the toe. They are waterproof so yes bring on the weather these boots are ready. I would love to also get the black but the price has me stopped at one pair for now. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful service!!!

I've been looking for boots are stylish, waterproof, not bulky and very comfortable. This boot is all that and more. Walking in these on snow for the first time yesterday was awesome! Kept my feet dry, felt like walking in clouds plus it did not feel like I was in heels. I could walk on these all day long. Oh and although they are made of suede which is supposed to be soft, it didn't slouch like other boots would which was great. I'm a 5.5 but ordered them in a 6 which I usually do for boots so I could wear thicker socks. Kinda felt a little snug in the ankle area with the socks plus skinny jeans. It probably just needed some breaking in. Also, there was one part of the boot in the calf area where the stitches were torn but since I love these so much plus there's no more new stock in my size, I decided to keep them. I'll just have to take it to have it sewn back on.

These are some smart looking boots. Beware of the sizing if you want to wear thicker socks with them. I bought my size (8) and I can only get them on with thin trouser socks. The vamp is tight so I might try one full size up for thick socks.

I bought two pair (brown and black) of these boots in October, and it's now January. I wear one or the other almost every day, fantastic with skinny jeans tucked-in. They are very comfortable, warm, the heel is not too high, they are easy to walk in all day while chasing after kids. While I would not jump up and down in muddy puddles in them, I think they are drizzle proof enough for normal winter weather. I did add some extra water proofing spray, just to be sure.

These boots are awesome! They are so comfortable and stylish. I purchased them for an upcoming ski trip since they are waterproof. I wish they came in black too because I would have two great pairs of boots!

I love these boots the minute I put them on. The foot bed is very cushy and no breaking them in required. I'm a size 6.5, 5'0" with big calves. All my boots are Cole Haans with the leather in front but soft suede in the back so that it would stretch over my calves. I ordered size 7 because of the recommendation. It fits well. The color aren't exact between the pair but it's not very noticeable. I had to stretch them a little. Tights & Stilt AG Jeans fits nicely and comfortably tucked in the boots. My legs are short but these shafts don't bunch at the ankle like my Cole Haans do. If you are on the fence (like me) about purchasing these boots, just do it. It'll get there the next day then you can make a concrete decision. You can always return it. It doesn't cost you anything.

These are my favorite boots. They are comfy and so attractive and well made. The calf width is adjustable which has always been an issue for me!

Love this boot! Like many others have reviewed, I found it to be tight across the top of the foot, though I had sized up 1/2 size. I felt what seemed to be a piece of folded leather inside at the heel, reached in and realized the insoles were removable. Took both out and fit is perfect and comfortable even without the cushy insole.

Comfortable! I normally can't wear anything with an elevated heel, but these boots are as comfortable as my walking shoes. True to size, I have a slim calf so I tighten the top; nice feature. I normally wear a 7 to 7 1/2. I bought a 7 1/2 and wear with socks.

Love these - finally some waterproof boots that are stylish enough where I can wear them all day.. and comfy! My Stuart Weitzman 5050's remain my favorite boots of all time, but those don't mix well with winter. These will help tide me over. I found these to be TTS - wearing them with medium thickness socks and leggings is no issue (but I do have narrow feet). If I wanted to wear super thick socks I may have sized up, but these boots are fine with a simple crew sock for me. I do travel weekly and I'm hoping these don't set off the metal detector at the airport (will find out next week) - if they don't, I may have to pick them up in Elk too! :)

I just spent a whole trip to Boston in these shoes and LOVED them... not only were they comfortable, they were incredibly cute - received many compliments on them. I wore them around a few hours before my trip, but didn't get much chance to really "break them in"... and to my surprise, my feet didn't bother me one bit as we walked the sites of Boston all weekend. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. One thing to note is that I went 1/2 size larger than normal and I thought it was a perfect fit (order my true size as well, but thought it was a little tight in the seam area on the foot). HIGHLY recommend these boots!

These boots are great! I didn't size up (wear a 5.5) and have a bit of a narrow foot, so the other reviewers who said it was tight across the top might be right. But for me, they are perfect! Like walking on a cloud all day. My first pair of Sorels but not my last!

LOVE these boots. They are truly waterproof (just proven after we got 28" of snow) but look good enough to keep on at work. They are comfortable right out of the box. I took another reviewer's advice and bought 1/2 size up, and they are a bit roomy in the heel. If I buy again, I would buy my regular size. Having said that, I do wish they came with flat heels instead of the wedge, and they are a slippery on a wet floor. But I still love them.

The service at Zappos is over the top! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and did the online exchange. The process was simple and free. Zappos sent the replacement order before they received my return. We received the replacement just two days after I started the process online! Excellent customer service!

These are very comfortable and super good looking. I really love these boots. They do stretch; when I put on the 8½ they fit great and after two wearings they are roomy, certainly good if you intend to wear socks though. I do not know if the 8 would be better for me. They would have been tight for sure at first - but I am happy because they are super comfortable. I love them.

These boots are awesome! I love them! I bought them for a trip in October to Austria. They kept me nice and warm. They are great inside cushion. I bought them a half size up so that I could wear warm socks and have lots of toe room. In the past couple weeks they have been worn outside in 20° weather and crazy snow storms. I have worn them in the rain and snow and they still look fabulous. I love the comfortable little heel. These are awesome snow boots that I can wear when it is 70° and sunny without looking like a crazy person. They are super cute over leggings, jeans and with dresses. Maybe not for trudging through several feet of snow but way beyond my expectations for my needs.

I really love these boots! I was looking for something on the casual side but that had style and these fit the bill. They are a bit big in the heel, but have plenty of room in the toe. The wedge gives them some style! This is my second pair of Sorels this year and I am a fan. As always, I absolutely love Zappos!

These are my favorite boots! I love the style! The only cautionary word I have here is the fit at the seam on the top of the boot and the arch support is not good. I wear inserts and this made for a very snug fit. I wore the boots for a few times and they now fit perfectly.

Is the first time I use long boots, I'm from the tropic but now I had a son in Boston so, the boots are so pretty, comfortable and I'm crazy with it, I use for day and night with pants and dresses. the quality of the material are outstanding. And I love the service of Zappos!

These boots run true to size. If you would like to wear heavy socks go up a size. I live at Lake Tahoe, Nevada and look forward to wearing them with skirts and dresses during the winter season. I first saw them on someone in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and she loved them. These boots are great for getting around in snowy weather and still looking cute!

I love these boots. I live in the high mountains with lots of snow and ice and these are grippy. Comfortable and warm. I also work in an office so they fit the stylish need as well. The only thing is that I am a solid 7.5, which I ordered and they are a tad big.

These are the most comfortable boots I have worn so far for everyday use. True to size. The width by the calf is not too wide or too tight it's just perfect as is the height of the heel. Got so many complements. Love them and highly recommend!

I love these boots! My normal shoe size is 8, I ordered 8½. That is a beautiful fit. I wear heavier socks, I feel like walking on clouds, they are very soft.

These are perfect boots if you are looking for something with a combination of style, comfort and practicality! They look great with jeans or skirts, so these work well in a variety of situations. The slight wedge and the buckle do dress them up a bit. I am pleased with these boots!
