I found these to be a really awkward shape. My usual size was too short and my toes were a bit squashed. When I ordered a size larger they’re so wide (and big around the ankle) that my feet slide around so much inside that my toes still bang against the end. The sizing is just weird.

I've tried two our of these thanks to Zappos great return policies due to my feet getting wet. The first pair seemed to have a crack in the rubber, but the second pair was sealed fine. Wet, damp feet in both pair. Not good.

I thought I was buying a Men's 7, but the boot was so narrow and tight. It dug into my instep. It was so painful. The kid's size 6 was wider than these boots but not as sturdy. Also, lining is nylon, no longer wool. Sigh. I miss quality gear.
I'd also recommend:
Chaco, original Dansko (new footbed is awful), original Birkenstock (all the new styles only come in narrow, boo)

I can't say their boots are any good, because they apparently only come in one width, which is presumably D (or medium). Sorel doesn't even specify what the width is. Accordingly, I won't buy them, because I need at least a EE width. If Sorel boots are in fact wider than the standard D width, then they should clearly state what the width is. I've therefore given them one star.

I ordered two of two different sizes, I am asked to review both, but cannot tell which size is which. I cannot review them.

I consistently wear Nike, Adidas, Timberland, and dress shoes. In all cases I wear an 11. I bought 11s of this boot and couldn't get my heel down. Never fully got them on. I'm attempting to return them the chat bot service has been dreadful. This used to be a top brand. Sad to see poor qualified product and poor quality of service. Stay away.

I had to return these after trying them on in my house, they were so uncomfortable. It's basically a base of a shoe, with a floppy sock attached. The issue is that a crease formed in the back of my ankle / achilles since there is absolutely zero support in this boot. You can see from the pictures where the crease forms that was digging into my ankle, with every step I could feel this part.

Same story, different review. The width of Sorel boots is stupid narrow. I don't understand why with so many reviews the company still does not change or adjust this issue. I do not have wide feet nor do I struggle to find shoes usually.

Absolutely horrible and uncomfortable. Cold, wet feet constantly. Ankle pain. Not built to walk on hard pack snow, ice, or any slightly slick surface. Will never purchase Sorel products again nor would I ever recommend them again. Used to be a quality boot, but these are trash.

This size 9.5/42.5 Sorel mens boot is 2 inches shorter than a size 9/42 previously purchased. It feels like a woman's size 9.5. Really odd and confusing; did Sorel resize? If so, the whole brand won't work for our family.

I took the measure as per FIT GUIDE, the result is that the boot was too large.
I spent a lot of money to send the boots back, bad experience.
Never again buy shoes on internet.
