Great pair of socks. I own several at this point and have had them for years.

These socks are a Godsend...atttractive enough to be visible, durable enough for wear during hiking long distances, warm without being hot and smothering, cushiony enough to be ultra comfortable, and easily washable. Where have you been all my life?

I have been wearing Smartwool socks for many years. Every so often, I need to replace them since they get plenty of use. My new ones are just as comfortable as ever.

Both my hushand and I wear these wonderful socks. The heavy duty in the winter and the lighter ones in thesummer on cool evenings. We also give them as gifts and have converted many friends and family to wonderful world of smartwool.

My son sent me the link to his #1 Christmas request. I purchased him 10 pair of these great outdoor socks for work and farm chores. We do not waste money and only buy the best. They are worth the price. I had to buy some for my daughter-in-law to keep her from stealing them.

Love these for wearing around the house instead of bulky slippers! Great for hiking boots as well of course. Thicker than a standard sock, not the best option for standard tennis shoes but perfect for hiking and wearing at home.

Unbeknownst to me, I bought socks that my dad already uses and loves. What a great feeling when he opened and said that's what he buys!

These socks are Smartwool's flagship product and I've been wearing them for over 20 years. A pair tends to last me 2-3 years depending on how often I wear them. They don't easily get holes, but over time the wool wears thinner. They are the most comfortable wool socks on the market. The medium weight is great for hiking boots. I wear the hike light socks with casual shoes for work, everyday around town, and travel. The hike ultra light socks are great for dress shoes you would wear with a suit. I wear the trekking heavy socks with my leather-lined boots for some more cushioning. I wash them in the washing machine with my other colored clothes, no special care needed.

I have been giving these socks to my three sons for Christmas for 15 years! They are thrilled to receive them every year.

I find these socks nice and warm. They keep my feet warm while climbing or sleeping. They run big--I bought a size smaller than what is says to buy for my shoe size.

Compared to many other socks I have tried, this one is durable, comfy, and warm.

I used to wonder why anyone would spend so much on a sock until I got my first pair of Smartwool socks. They are the only socks that go into my camping/hiking pack and I wear them to bed in the winter when my feet are extra cold. I have a thing for pink these days and these socks are adorable as well as classy. :)

I got these to replace a pair that I had worn through. They are fantastic. I primarily use them hiking, but they are also great around the house on colder days.

I've been really happy with these socks. I've used quite a few different kinds being in the military, and there was always something I didn't like about the socks until I tried these. I had issues with padded socks being too hot, making my feet sweat and then turning slimy and smelling really bad. Others were too thin making blistering very easy. Others we ok if I only wore them one day and washed (sometimes that just was not possible as long as I was out in the field). These though I have not been able to find any faults yet. I've worn them 4 days straight and I didn't get that slimy foot feeling, and they didn't even make my feet stink! I've run with them after my boots being completely submerged until saturated wet, and they moved water well to drain and still perform well. I've rucked with heavy weight for 10+ miles with my feet sweating and they still felt good on my feet. Couldn't be happier with these, so I bought some more!

My husband wears these constantly and attests there is no comparable sock for quality.
