So pretty out of the box...perfectly comfortable and really good fit...such an ahhhhhh moment to wear these around the house and have the support that I enjoy in my outerwear Orthaheels.

The Gemmas are my second pair of Vionic slippers; the first was the open toe version. These seem a tad longer and wider. I was able to adjust the width with the Velcro under the bling, but just barely. The arch support is aggressive and takes getting used to; if you have flat feet, they will probably not feel comfortable. I have moderate arches and find the Vionic support very noticeable, but I can't wear a slipper with no support any more, having had a go-around with plantar fasciitis a few years ago that I don't want to repeat. Previously I was putting a pair of blue Superfeet supports into flat Scuffs. That works, but I like the Vionics solution better. The leopard print is fun.

They were just a bit to fluffy for me, and I didn't notice the rhinestones on the side. Just not my style. They fir just like the regular Gemma slipper.

Just what the doctor ordered...literally. If you have fallen arches and/or pronate and don't want to wear street shoes indoors, these slippers just might be the answer. They'll probably feel strange at first, but wear them for a half of an hour before making a decision on them. Because they only come in full sizes, I went larger and wear them with socks, which is fine this time of year. They're a lot of $$$ for a slipper, but I think they're well worth it.

These are cute and comfy and I love that they're adjustable. My only complaint is that if I don't have socks on, I have a hard time keeping them on my feet if with them adjusted. I wish I would've got slippers for this kind of money with a back like my old beat up sketchers.

I love the look of these stylish slippers! I have a long, narrow foot and I am able to keep these slip-ons on my feet. The arch support feels great! The slippers do make marks on my wood floors, but the marks come off very easily. They are toasty warm on cold Colorado nights!

Cute slipper, but rather bulky. Mostly, I'm returning because they are hard on the top and bottom and at the end of the day, the top of my foot wouldn't stop hurting. Sorry to have this happen because I love the Vionic sandals.

These do provide great support. But they feel like clodhoppers and I don't like the plastic sole clicking around the house. I prefer Haflinger or Giesswein although neither has quite as high an arch as these.

I had been looking at this style slipper for awhile, have a couple pairs of Orthaheel sandals that really help with foot pain. Finally broke down & ordered these pricey slippers. I like the adjustable strap for the width, the length may be slightly on the short side. The con for me is that they are quite heavy, feels more like clunking around the house in shoes rather than slippers. It is nice to have a sole that can walk outside but would like them to be lighter and more flexible feeling. The fuzzy style is warm though, probably not good for warm season.

I have 3 pairs of Vionic flip flops and now these. Every pair has a slightly different feel in the arch. If these slippers don't work for you don't give up on the brand. I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit fine. The good: First slippers with an arch that actually fits my high arch. Fluffy and cute. The bad: Bulky and clunky. The hard plastic sole is noisy if you do the "slipper shuffle". My other slippers are Haflinger felt-sole. I prefer the quiet sole but I think the arch on this slipper is better.

Not bad but it isn't the super comfy slipper I was looking for. The arch support is great; however, the foot slips out at the heel (the fabric is too slippery) plus they are too heavy...which causes me to alter my walk a bit and hold the slipper with my big toe, which leads to bunion pain.

I had to get these to help with my plantar fasciitis. I much prefer my other slippers. But these support my feet and keep them semi-warm. So, if you have plantar fasciitis, these are not bad.

The person I bought these for likes the foot support. Only gripe I have is the decorative button on the side of slipper fell off after only 1 week of her wearing them. Being the resourceful lady she is, she just sewed it back on. I'm not sure this should have happened after spending so much on slippers?

Unfortunately, I had to return this slipper. My toes were touching the slipper and for that reason was not comfortable.

This is my second pair of Orthaheel slippers and I like the last pair better. These are heavy and very wide and I'm constantly struggling to keep them on. I can't take actual steps with them on, I have to drag them along. The Velcro on the side on the inside has rubbed my little toe raw. And the fluff comes off. I find pieces of it all over the house.

The raised arch support was actually too high and quite hard and uncomfortable. I had high hopes for these as Orthaheel has gotten mostly positive reviews but they aren't for me.

This is a high quality slipper that is VERY comfortable due to it's ortho contours. Very good arch support and heel comfort. The style is very cute too! HOWEVER, the adjustable velcro strap just does not snug down on your foot enough to actually hold you in the slipper when you walk. And due to the weight of the slipper, there's just no getting around this. I so wanted these to work, but they have to go back.

I have purchased two pairs of these closed-toe slippers. The open toed ones are awesome but the closed toe ones are not made very well. Within one month, the inner lining bunched up right under my toes in both pairs, which is irritating and not too comfortable. I cannot recommend these at all. They are just not made well. But the open toed ones have withstood time, so I am not sure why the closed toe ones are so cheaply made.

Three months and there is a hole in the top. I've had these slippers before and they lasted a few years. For the price they should last longer than that. I've never had this happen in any other shoes or slippers. Very disappointed!

I really wanted to love these, I really did. But, there is way too much room in the toe are and I slide around. For that reason, I am exchanging them for another style. They are really cute but did not fit well at all.
