Not the most attractive slipper I've ever had, but I like them. Can't say I love them yet. It is providing the support I was looking for on our hardwood floors as I find my feet get sore when wearing slippers all day. The feel reminds me of the Dr. Scholl's sandals I wore when I was a teen in the 70s. They are a bit stiffer than I would like in a slipper. I didn't have any break-in time as the manufacturer suggests, but that may be due to the fact I wear other shoes and orthotics that put my foot in the right position quite frequently. I can see it would be important for someone not used to the pronounced arch and form. I wear an 8-8.5 and trend narrower and the 8 fits well, though I did have to snug up the Velcro strap a bit. The adjustable upper is helpful with the fit.

Actually, the bling is kind of cute. I bought these for help with my plantar fasciitis and for that they work fine - high arch, stiff instep and sole, lifted heel with a slight depression. And they're cuddly. I'd go with one size down because it's open heel and toe. Otherwise you wind up with more shoe (slipper) than you need.

I love Orthaheel shoes- they are pretty much all I wear. However, this slipper didn't work for my wide foot. The straps are attached inside the foot bed, and the inner strap was completely uncomfortable. So disappointed because it's a cute slipper and I like the open design, but these are going back.

I love these slippers. I have plantar fasciitis and I over pronate like crazy, these give me support for walking around my home, to the mailbox, or even to the corner store if I really need to rush. They are ugly, but they are SO ugly and strange that I actually like the look. HOWEVER, after a couple months of wear they absolutely reek and the fur on the footbed is matted and gross. Keep in mind I was putting my clean feet in them, not dirty feet. I'm not sure how to clean them, maybe powdered carpet cleaner?

I have ordered Orthoheel open toe slippers for years. Always great arch support, always incredibly comfortable. After my last pair were destroyed thanks to a rambunctious puppy, I bought these since they were the closest to what I had been buying in the past. They were cute, but the slipper sole was different than the previous versions. There is NO arch support at all. I have PF, so I have always relied on Orthaheel for slippers and sandals. I have found some older versions on other sites, so I will be buying from them. It's a shame what Vionic has done to the Orthaheel brand.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. she is a loyal Vionic customer. She really likes the slippers, but before she could wear them, two of the gems fell out. After another four days, she has lost another two. I know it seems like a little thing, but as much as these cost, I would have expected better quality.
