Awesome, stylish and multi use shoe took some time for my wife to break in due to the tongue been a bit hard but she loves them and they look fantastic on her too.

Great quality as expected from Vans! Fits true to size. High top sides keep their shape without wrinkling down or folding.

Bought these for my teen son and he loves them. They are true to size and have held up to daily wear.

First off Zappos customer service rocks! And so do these Vans tennis shoes. I live in the Eastern Sierras and regular tennis shoes are to cold for Winter months. These keep your feet warm and dry. They are also great for walking when there is ice on the ground. They do have quite a tread on the outer sole so if you walk thru dirt and all be sure to take them off before heading into your home

I bought these to have a warm pair of casual sneakers. They turned out to be some of the comfiest sneakers I have! They have a wide toebox (no squished toes!) and a fairly flat insole. If you need arch support, you may not like these too much. However, I prefer shoes that are a little flatter. Plus they are warm and water resistant. They won't keep out water if you step in a deep puddle, but they've worked great in the rain so far.

Have always been a fan of vans, never tried on a pair of sk8-hi's before so I figured I'd give it a try. Ordered them and put them on as soon as they arrived, these instantly became one of my favorite pairs. Great for the winter time and goes well with a variety of styles.

Really like these shoes. They were a little tight on the toes the first couple times I wore them, but they seem to be breaking in fine after that. Not sure how they will do in warmer weather, but they are certainly good for a rainy February. There's more arch support than most of the other flat soled vans, but still Van's aren't really known for that. They have a nice wide toe box. The soles are thicker than usual vans, so I don't get as much feedback from the ground when I walk. They look great and I've received some good compliments!

Great shoe. Very comfortable. Using it as a canvas for a custom paint job. Great leather so soft.

As described in Outside and Powder magazines these are a great winter shoe. Toasty with moderate water protection - in the snow you'll stay dry walking from your car to a store but probably not on a hike.

Comfortable and well made, these Vans are soft black leather with room for a heel gel or small arch support if you need one. I don't. They keep my feet dry and clean up well after walking in the slush, sand and salt of winter in the Catskill mountains.

Love these - exactly what I wanted! We were getting ready to head to a ski trip in Vermont and I wanted something to kick around in, but not a full fledged boot. These fit the bill perfectly! I normally wear a 7.5 in women's, so I went ahead and bought that size - Men's 6/Women's 7.5. They were perfect to wear with a thicker sock. I loved these so much that I bought a second pair, but this time I went a half size down and I wear those ones with a thinner sock. Anyway, these are my new favorite shoes. So many compliments! They are really comfortable too. I think this puts me at about 8 pairs of Vans now...can't get enough!

These are great! I usually wear a women's 6/6.5. I originally got these in a 4.5 (equivalent of women's 6) and they were just slightly too short. The 5 is perfect. I got a little water spray from the fridge dispenser on them and it rolled right off. Love!

Oh these are exactly what I was looking for. EXACTLY. I have been obsessed with Vans hi tops for 2 years now and was so sad last winter when I tried to wear my canvas vans all winter with wool socks. My feet were so cold! When I realized these existed I was like oh thank goodness, I can still keep my same look, but winterize it! I found a really amazing dirt& stain spray called Crep that I sprayed on these babies and I have been wearing them for months and they still look like new. It's insane. These will definitely hold up if you spray them with quality shoe spray. They fit wool socks and feel true to size at the same time. In terms of how they do in the cold, I'd say my feet stay warm in them (with wool socks) up until 20 degrees (F). Anything colder than 20 and my feet start get cold, but hey 20 isn't bad and my feet tend to get cold easily. I would highly recommend trying these because with Zappo's free return shipping, you really don't have anything to lose!!!

These MTE vans are incredible. Great traction and keep your toes nice and dry. 3 out of 5 family members now have them and love them.

This is an excellent shoe. It can be dressed both up and down. Great quality and workmanship!

these are great. They are perfect for walking in the snow. I can not believe how little I slip around. They comfortable and adorable. I have a TON of vans and I have been wearing them since I was a kid, these are a great addition for winter wear.
