Love this vest! I got it in the Breen color which is a nice cross between gray and light brown. It's warm, lightweight and washes well. My only complaint, which is a small one, is that I wish the hood that zips in the back color was removable. It makes the back collar "thick" and it can be annoying on the neck.

OMG! Love this vest so much. It is super comfy, stylish, and functional, which is all anyone can ask for in a vest. The price isn't cheap, but neither is anything about the vest. So, as they say, you pay for what you get...and with this, you get the BEST. <3 (I bought the Stone color, but considering buying the Port color too.)

This is the second one of this style - I have the rust color also. It is fabulous, good-looking, comfy, and warm but not too warm for my climate in Guatemala. I wear it constantly and even sleep it it. It is the best buy anyone can make. True to size it is also. Kuhn is a good quality brand - I have some tops that fall in the same category as mentioned above. Thank you Zappos

I'm normally a medium and bought a medium and it fits great. the neckline is super warm and frames the face even when unzipped. I got the port which is a nice rich color but not too bright. The hood I'll probably only wear when extremely cold as fits quite tight. Haven't taken it off since I got it!

Love this item but it runs small and tight thru the arm holes (especially if you are wearing a flannel shirt, etc) Returned for a larger size

Less than 2 days after I pressed "order," this amazing, and I mean amazing vest arrived. True to size, exceptional material. Exceptionally cozy, comfy, don't ever want to take it off. Reminds me of my childhood 50+ years ago. Quality, quality, quality. Silly thing, have to hide it from the grandkids, pets, everyone -- it's mine! And the price? Worth every, every penny! Color? Burnt sienna...stunning! Collar frames the face exquisitely.

Love, love, love the flight vest from Kuhl! This is my second one. I adore the soft fuzzy fabric, and it's both warm and not too hot all at the same time. I'm 5'10", and it's long enough to look good on me.

This is an amazingly soft, comfortable, warm vest! I feel it was worth the price. I am a size 2-4, 5'8 and 135 lbs and the XS fits nicely. If you wish to layer more heavily underneath you might want to size up, but I feel this is true to size. The length is nice too, for us taller gals. I feel Patagonia vests are ALWAYS to short for me, but this vest is perfect!! Zappos has THE BEST customer service ever, so I know I can always exchange/ return if my sizing is off.

This vest is so cute, soft, and warm. I get compliments every time that I wear it. I have the stone color and went with a medium since I tend to size up for outerwear. A small could have worked for a more fitted look since I am 120lbs, but I didn't want to risk it in the bust area especially when layering. It still has a somewhat flattering fit.

First time with this brans. Took xs and am 5'5' 105 lb, but have wide shoulders and 34D. Great plush material, beautiful, rich, garnet color. I only wish it had interior pockets ( unless I missed them, tried it on quickly) Hard to find color, so snapped it up!

NIce vest as others have described. True to size, raven color is a warm dark charcoal, not quite black, with brown accents. Still deciding whether to keep or not, the plastic center zipper does not lay flat and its rippling is especially noticible (sloppy looking) if you have the vest open. IMO This is a construction issue that could be corrected. I went and looked at these at my local sporting goods store to see if it was just the piece I received but of the half dozen in the store they all seem to have more or less the same rippling rolling of the center zipper. However, the remaining construction and materials seem good & overall it seems cozy and otherwise not bad looking. Still I'm thinking it may be a little expensive given the detail issue. Zappos of course rocks with speedy service and easy returns process, gotta love our Zappos's!

Great style and very comfortable but this vest is very delicate and mats easily. It does not recover after the matting and is not something that holds up if you are going to use it for outdoor activity. I would call this an Uban fest with Country flare. Makes me wonder with so many bad reviews involving the delicate fabric of this vest, why Kuhl doesn't find a stronger more durable fleece?

I love Kuhl products because of the quality materials and workmanship. This is no exception in that regard. The material is uber soft and the zippers work smoothly, etc. The cut just didn't work for me. It is boxy shaped and I prefer something more fitted at the waist. The high neck is awesome and cozy but the hood is a bit too small and restrictive, it really cinches around your face. I hope they will redesign this with just a few changes, it has potential!

This is a very cute vest; unfortunately, I was looking for something to replace my 10 year old fur vest, which I wear in ~35-50° weather. This vest is more similar to the weight of a fleece hoodie, so it does not fit my needs and I had to return it.
