Sad. Definitely NOT original Dr. Scholls like the ones I adored in the 1970s. Flat wooden insole- no toe grip. Cheap leather upper made in China with flimsy hardware. Hardware awful silver color and the “red” was pink coral. Returning

Horrible. I dont mince words. There is nothing "Original" about these Dr. Scholls. These sandals feel like they weigh 5 pounds on each foot. Your foot will also slip off of the base side to side so it is impossible to walk in them. They felt like those wooden clogs you see from Holland; I would have actually rathered them. I loved these back in the 70's and these are a huge disappointment. Don't waste your money.

NOT the original as claimed. This shoe is so uncomfortable I could not walk 5 minutes in them without getting a blister. I can't believe they are claiming it is the "original" Dr. Scholl's sandal - IT IS NOT. Even the colors are way off from their description. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !

Sadly this shoe is not the original and is getting returned. I am not sure why the design changed so drastically to become unflattering on the foot and uncomfortable. There is no molded grip on the wood upper and the leather band is very narrow and awkward. Dislike very much. I wish they would bring back the true original.

My wife LOVES the Dr Scholl's original sandals. They put her in a good mood, if you know what I mean!

I originally bought the silver color in size 10 and they were too short so had to return. Then purchased the white in same size 10 and they fit well. Both pairs are stamped exactly the same on the inside of the strap as US 10 and Euro 40. Both pairs are "made in Italy". Perhaps the silver were miss marked. I had three pairs in the past and as far as I can remember, I do not find these any different. As a teen, I had my first navy pair in 1977, second in white in 1981, and the third in red in 1985 or so. I used to get them at People's Drug Store for $11. Now I have them in white again! Anyway, I find them very comfortable and love the look. The only thing not to like is the price of $120. If you had and liked these shoes in the past, you will like them again. Just don't look at the price.
