Great boots

These are my favorite winter boots, absolutely love them, i get compliments on them everywhere i go. True to size and very comfortable as well. I bought them in black and i'm going to buy them in Tan/Beige.

I wear these for going out! At first my feet were hurting when I was breaking them in, but after they're so comfy!

amazing boots

This review is more about customer service than the boot. Though the boot is great and very stable feeling the customer service help I received when there was an issue with shipment was outstanding!! I had placed the order and chose 2 day shipping via FedEx. When packaged wasn't received we looked at the tracking history which was limited. Spoke with FedEx and Timberland, was told the issue was on the end of Timberlands. Timberland quickly corrected the situation only for us to find out that issue was with FedEx. Thank you Timberlands for correcting a mistake and doing so as quickly as you did! I wish other companies had a customer service department such as yours!
