Decided to buy without fitting. The size is exact. The climb is comfortable. The heel is firm and does not feel at all. I advise!

I purchased the chocolate and navy a couple years ago. Love them so much I bought the new blue this year and red pair considering the special edition pink pair too. They can be dressed up or down and basically paired with almost anything. I love them! First time wear shoes feel snug, which is normal in my opinion when purchasing real leather, nubuck or suede shoes especially heels. I wear mines with trouser socks , if l were to wear thick socks I would probably go up a half size.

These are great boots! They are super cute and comfortable. The cushions that come inside really make a difference and my feet didn't hurt at all after wearing them. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a female scientist and try to go kinda "sexy biologist" with my look. I figure, why not? So for ages, I've searched for a boot that makes work for trips into the field possible plus black-ish tie possible too. Hard to find a work boot that doesn't make me feel like a dude while still being practical for field work. I've tried just about every brand out there for being long-lasting, comfortable for 8+ hours of work on your feet, and something you can also wear out to dinner later. Toms, Fossil, Born, etc. And after many that didn't make the cut, these are a slam dunk! FYI: The outside stays great forever, but after everyday wear, I noticed the insole does start to break down at about 18 months. With these boots the warranty is for only 12 months, some boot companies do lifetime warranty, so just keep that in mind when you buy, as I know some people want that seal of certainty for their work gear. If Timberland went lifetime like Docs, Patagonia or North Face for a little more, I'd been down to do that and be a customer for life! While not lifetime, Tims generally hold more than the standard boot in being long-wearing. They do last at least 5 seasons full wear and tear, I can tell you that!

I got these in my size in wide because I already have big feet and I'm not trying to go up a size as suggested by others, and while at first they're a little snug for being "wide", that squeeze on my feet only lasted about an hour before they stretched out just enough to be comfortable for the entire night. While I don't recommend it, I can run in these with no problem (had to get across the street!), and if I can run in a heel like it was a sneaker, I know I've found good ones. Also they're cute as hell and match my man's classics. Love these!

My daughter is really excited about these boots although she is used to flats or tennis. Really comfortable and great fit.

I love these boots!! You can dress them up or down with a pair of jeans or leggings. I got the blue boots and it true to the color in picture. I would definitely recommend you getting this boot. Oh and comfortable too!!

These really are cute. Always get compliments when I wear

I love these! I am a hair stylist and I can stand a good 8 hours in my boots. Perfect grip for the snow and comfortable enough to be cute all day. I am going to get the blue ones next!!

Year ago I owned the very expensive Manolo Blahnick, the stilletos. They were too narrow and I was always afraid I was going to get them dirty because I got the white ones. The great thing is that they looked amazing & made me so much taller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boot is true to size. Looks exactly as pictured online. I love this boot! Been looking at this boot since last fall and finally decided to buy and so happy i did.

I purchased these boots in blue after having seen them online and it was love at first sight. They are a nice change from my usual black - but not too crazy! These are fun and comfortable shoes with a heel which is exactly what my vertically challenged self needs. I am sure if there were a pair in dark red I'd be getting those also!
