I just bought them and before I bought I read other reviews. They all said the boot runs big, I bought a 11 and normally I take a 12, they fit fine. They very comfortable to walk, almost like walking in a sneaker.

Exactly what I needed! I work in business development, spending most of my time in dress pants. Due to a recent relocation, I am now in a winter climate with a lot of snow, slop, and road salt...which are rapidly destroying my expensive dress shoes. These Timberland boots can handle the conditions with ease, are made of decent quality leather, and the wingtip adds just the touch of flair to make them passable with a business outfit. The OEM laces are green, and I'll swap them for black; I'll probably also black out the contrast piping with a sharpie or polish, and will be just fine in the boardroom. Kudos to Timberland for serving this market.

AMAZING SERVICE AMAZING SHOE!!! Super comfy, 2 day break in period but then it was complete awesomeness. True to size. Hip, all day comfort. I'm on my feel ALL day. These passed the test. Even my Redwings start to hurt at day's end. Not these. Big thick cushy insole. Dig it.

This is a great looking and very comfortable boot. They run big though. I usually wear a 10.5 or an 11 but a size 10 in these fits me perfectly.

These are excellent boots! They are well built and have a versatile look: classy but tough. I have received lots of compliments on them. They are super comfortable, for me there was no break-in period - they are good right out of the box. I have had mine a year and wear them a lot, especially in winter months. Waterproof is nice - they do not breathe as well as non-waterproof boots but you cannot have everything. For me, these Britton Hills are near perfect boots.

I only get compliments on how good this shoes look. They're comfortable and warm. Can wear with jeans or casual pants. I'm really excited about them. Love the delivery service, had them 2 days later as they stated!

I bought this shoe for my brother as a Christmas present. After reading reviews, I bought him a half size smaller, but it was still huge on him. I had to send it back and order a full size smaller. Besides the sizing issue, it is a beautiful shoe. The black one looks much better in person than in the photos!

At first I wasn't used to them as I haven't worn boots in a long time but as I wore them they broke in and feel great. I get a lot of compliments on them, great boot!

These boots are the bomb, I get compliments on them all the time, and they are very comfortable. I wear them with some nice thick wool socks, and they are very warm and waterproof. Love them.

I was looking for a cool looking, comfortable waterproof boot for the winter that I could wear to the office and at night. This was a great match on those criteria. Very comfortable for a lot of walking around, especially compared to other boots I have. There is a pretty good cushion-unexpected. Getting a lot of compliments on them. The black ones look better in person than online. They looked better in person to me than the dark brown ones. I have narrow size 12 feet. These feel slightly wide and slightly longer than a size 12, but doesn't bother me at all. Leaves room for thicker socks on cold days. Overall, I definitely recommend these boots and I'm not a frequent reviewer.

The Dark Brown color is true but the photos make it look blacker than they really are. They look great with dark blue jeans as well as dark tan khakis. Love these boots.

This is an excellent boot with awesome comfort and style. They have great ankle support and are actually pretty light for the overall "feel" of these boots. They look like Oxfords when I wear dress pants, so I wear them on business casual occasions, but they are waterproof and durable, so I wear them on the trails as well. I seriously wear these everyday and love them, but if I had to say something bad about them I'd probably like if these boots were insulated better with a removable liner. But that would really bulk up the boot and I'm not sure I'd like that too much. On cold days I fix this by wearing my Darn Tough wool socks and I'm golden. These boots seriously rule, but don't buy them because I want to be the only cool guy on the street rockin' these.

The brown boot is very dark, almost black. I wear a size 12 shoe but an 11½ in Timberland boots fits best. I ordered a size 12 since these are not offered in my size. They are way too big and I am hoping that an 11 will fit.

After the first snow of the season, I am pleased with how these have performed. They were uncomfortable at first, especially where my calves met the rim of the boot. After wearing in a bit, and changing to just lacing to below the hooks, they've become much more comfortable. They look good too - there was good attention to detail in the stitching, etc.

Great look and fit and feel, especially for the narrow and flat footed. I am using them as a dress boot, for now. They have not seen any nasty weather as yet. Keep in mind, a waterproof material also requires a dry foot to be effective, choose your socks accordingly. These fit thin and medium thick socks without feeling stuffed. Low to moderate arch support is from the sensor flex removable insole-it would be nice to have a picture of that in the product lineup.

PRO: Stylish...looks good with jeans or dress pants, truly waterproof, construction appears high quality. CON: Tight fit and can't wear socks that are too thick...not comfortable if you are doing lots of walking. I wore these on trip to London and Paris and my feet hurt at the end of the day and could be, though, that they weren't broken in...also, the sole is rather slick. I nearly fell several times on wet streets.

I initially ordered a size 10, but, like my other Timberlands, there was a ton of room in the toe. Replaced with size 9, at first I thought I should've tried 9 1/2 but after a few weeks the boots broke in nicely and now they fit like gloves. Foot gloves, which I guess are socks.

This shoe looks great. It has good grip. I was disappointed that it is not really waterproof as advertised. The first rain made my feet wet. Worse still, the shoe is not breathable, so after an hour or two in doors, you will start feeling uncomfortable.

Boots looked good pictured but when I received them they were not of the quality I've come to expect from Timberland. The sole actually looks and feels thinner and the leather feels stiff and cloth laces seem to sell the boot short. For the same money I could have purchased a really sturdy pair of leather/lined boots. I'm really picky when it comes to footwear and I feel that these are not worth the price.
