Just got this backpack and I love everything about it except the fact that it rides low on your back. I'm 5'1" and have it adjusted to the shortest setting but the bottom 3 inches of the bag is resting past by belt line. The alignment is off and doesn't give the needed back support. For a taller person, I don't think it will be an issue. I'll have to figure out a way to fix this if not, sadly I might return it. Besides that, I'd consider the bag on the small size but that's perfect for my use. It's made of good material and has a sturdy feel but remains light.

Verified PurchaseReview for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
This was to be my 2nd anti-theft bag purchase. I immediately returned this backpack.
BACKGROUND: In 2009 I bought a previous version of the PacSafe CitySafe 100 crossbody for a trip to Europe. I was a huge fan based on the security features, bright colored lining, water-resistant fabric, and organizational pockets, etc. It was an obvious choice to take it again to Europe in 2011. Due to the bag's small nature, it had only one, easy to use, zipper latch connected to the strap with a "snap hook" (basically a D-clip with a tiny lever).
NOW: Heading back to Europe in 2017 I wanted to change to a small backpack option and immediately went shopping on PacSafe, but ended up comparing 5 different backpacks between PacSafe & Travelon. FYI I ended up choosing the #42310 Classic Backpack from Travelon in Lush Blue.
BAG PROS:
-Navy color
-Water-resistant fabric
-Bright lining
-Organizational pockets in front area
-Small size
BAG CONS:
-"Slouchy" side pockets
-Body straps - I know this is intended for front or back use, which explains the long straps. However, making them as short as possible, they still fell off my shoulders (5'7" slender build female) making this unusable for me (as referenced in another review)
- security latches: I was surprised the pulls weren't D-clips that could be latched to each other! Having only one security latch for all the pulls on this bag was ridiculous, as the latch isn't big enough to easy accommodate even 2 of the pulls. I did like the wire ends of the pulls, but securing them required too much fussing with the bag.
I'd also recommend:
