Works well with what I use it for (touring), in hindsight I would have probably opted for a heavier duty material but for insulation... it works well.

The OR PL Base Sensor Glove is perfect for my "office/typing" environment on a warship at sea.
After 30 minutes or so in a high-efficiency air conditioning environment, accuracy in typing with exposed fingers is greatly diminished. These gloves are warm enough, snug, somewhat stretchy, with no extra bunch of material at the finger tips. They allow me to type without hitting extra keys in a cold environment.
I own a second pair for home use which are great for west coast winters 10-10' c

First pair I bought were large. I usually wear a large in OR gloves, but they run a bit big. I gave them away. Bought a second pair in medium. Fit perfect under XL mitts in the hight arctic. Great glove, very good for quick exposure in the -30 to -40 C temp range. Great on their own when active down to about -15 C.

This is a great glove for cool summer evenings. The sleek design makes it very convenient to wear and looks great too.

OR Liners run a bit large while I find their gloves run small. I am 6'3" 195 lbs with hands to match. The Large in this liner fits me perfectly, while the XL in all OR gloves I have tried are to small.

Its simple, they are quality base gloves. They won't keep your hands toasty its not their job. I keep them in the chest zipper of my OR down jacket all the time, in case I ever need them. I have worn them running in the winter, under my mitts while belaying, while driving if my car isn't warm yet...always a good thing to have on hand.

A great thin liner. I use this for cold morning outings to take a bit out of the chill and they work. They don't seem to over heat and transfer moisture well.
The touch sensors work great, no problem using the phone when someone texts interrupting my outing.

of your Men's Atti Mitts,to do this or that?OR's PL Base Sensor gloves are the ideal gloves to be wearing.Thin enough to pick things up without having to worry about burning or cutting your hand.Again, got my favorite color Lemongrass green(like the liners) and my Atti Mitts.Staying in stealth mode, but can still be seen from a distance, without getting shot!

I use these gloves under my insulating layer- always find they add some warmth and moisture transport. Nice to have as contact gloves when it gets below zero. They protect my hands but give great dexterity. Only complaint is the gripping surface wears off quickly under field use.

The touch screen fabric is much less durable than the gloves as a whole and quickly developed a hole
I had an old pair of OR gloves of the same material that lasted years in extensive use, as everyday gloves in chill weather, and in skiing and mountaineering trips. I only replaced them because I had lost one of the pair. They were extremely durable and adaptable and I frequently remarked that they were the best $14 on gear I ever spent.
These gloves are weakened by the touch screen material on finger tips (which is not especially effective at operating a touch screen either way)
I wish OR would provide these gloves without the low- durability fabric on a high contact area.
