It's a bit small but could be used for a short trip. I would not use it for a long trip or a lot of clothes. It seems it would hold one suit.

Good capacity, perfect for quick business trips. Cannot roll down the aisle on the plane without spinner wheels or turn corners going through any security lanes. Constantly bumping into things and people with the length/width. I'm surprised this wasn't tested, no wonder it's being discontinued. Be ready to carry (literally) this down the aisle, through lines, and plan for extra walking space between you and the person next to you/behind you. Had potential, needs spinner wheels.

I travel to a great deal to places throughout the world for the Government which often requires at least two suits and on occasion a Tux. This bag is way two small especially with a "hump" in the middle from the handle when you open it up. If it came in a larger size garment bag that would likely be the answer.

I liked the garment bag, even with a zipper that is a bit challenging to get around the corners, but I only used it twice and the internal hangar for the clothes snapped off (only had 3 short sleeve shirts and one pair of trousers so weight should not have been an issue). Would not recommend this bag to anyone unless Samsonite beefs up the hardware and improves the zipper.

Like this product but don't like it's size and shape. Was not happy with how quickly it wore out. Needs more stability and a more durable material. Not very satisfied with this piece of bag.

Not bad, but was expecting a more updated item than the usual 1990 samsonite bag for the price.

I fact that the wheels do not pivot this making it impossible to wheel down the aisle of the plane is a serious drawback

It doesn't take advantage of every piece of available space and is heavier than I wanted. It also not the best configuration - for instance putting on the hook has to be done only after setting down bag.

It needs to come with a special hanger to help maximize the length of the jacket. Very strange bar takes up lots of room in the middle.

I had a previous rolling garment bag from another company that had great capacity. This one will barely fit a suit coat in it and am not tall.

Handle seems very fragile and will brake easily. Difficult return process as return address is not clearly listed anywhere

It's just too small. The extender panel is nonsense, you can't put any shirts or jackets in there without becoming a wrinkled mess. I paid way too much for a stupid suitcase. But it does carry on nicely. Big deal. So does my old 45" shoulder strap bag that I am STILL looking to replace.

I had an old Samsonite garmet roller bag, and it was awseome. 15 years and the zipper broke, so I bought this one and returned it immediately. Much lower quality than my previous bag, poor lay out and design, super small capacity. Size 42 suits would look like I slept in them because it was not wide enough.

Used for business travel. Not good at keeping clothes wrinkled. Very hard to access items. No outside pockets for paperwork etc

Although the product looks great and appeared to be exactly what I was looking for, when I received the suitcase, the zipper was broken. Very disappointing the product came damaged.
