We purchased these boots for our two year old son. We ordered a size up and they seem roomy but just right for a wool sock. They are very cute and easy to get on and off. Sometimes they fall off but he's a wiggly little boy so it's understandable. I'm overall impressed with the boot. The only con is the temperature rating of -30. We live in Michigan and after playing outside (with wool socks too) his feet still seem a little chilly. We rarely go outside below 20 degrees so I know we are definitely above the rating. I'm not sure if it a boot issue or if he is just prone to chilly toes. His feet do stay dry though. We had issues with baby bogs and wet feet, but the company remedied the issue with new boots. I plan to continue to buy bogs in the future.

My son loves his Bogs and wears it during the cold seasons. He's 6 and wears the size 1 Bogs. Unfortunately there are limited designs/colors in his size, he doesn't like black. He wears it everywhere as they are easy to slip on and off and keeps his feet nice and warm.

Great when I went tubing in NH and still amazingly comfortable and warm when I go riding on Fridays. I run to the store in them

The size unfortunately was mis understood by myself. I thought I was buying a youth size not a toddler. The sizing structure for Youth, Womens, Mens is difficult to understand based on the available information provided. I had to return the product and buy the correct size that I could touch and feel vs online. I am not sure how to correct other than provide dimensions for the item.

This is the perfect boot to keep us outdoors through the rainy and snowy season. Great traction. Roomy fit allows for warm socks. A bit clunky for running around in.

Nice boots but they do leak. My sons feet got wet within 2 weeks of wearing them. We live in Michigan and he wore them in the snow.

I ordered true to size and it is over a size too big for our toddler. Otherwise love Bogs. Pictures don't show the camo pattern in real life. Would love to exchange but ordered on sale.

I can't fully rate this boot. I'm a tiny woman (5'-100lbs) and have trouble finding small enough boots so I purchased the biggest (sz6) child's boot I could find. I really needed the Bogs boots which my husband attest are so warm and waterproof you can wear them without socks to snow blow the in snow for hours. I am prone to frostbite. So I need a warm waterproof boots. The sz 6 kids fits like sz 5 women's boot. Being kids sized they are shorter than a women's but not by much. The calf seems snugger but I can wear them even with fleece socks. I hope this helps.

The boot itself is great and keeps my child's feet warm, however this color looks worn/ dirty almost right away.

We purchased these as required boots for my sons outdoor school. I am surprised at how quickly the soles of the boots are wearing down (the heel is mostly worn after just a few weeks), especially for the cost. They do seem great for keeping his feet warm and dry, so for that, he will continue to wear them until the lack of tread causes him problems.

The weight of this boot was approx 6% of our daughter's body weight. Imagine wearing boots that heavy for playing, etc. and then realize that these are for a toddler. I love BOGS, and I'll continue to buy them, but I'll be cognizant of the weight to ensure my kids can remain agile while wearing them. Please please innovate materials, design, etc. to achieve a lighter weight -- I know y'all can do it!

My grandchildren live on Orcas Island, WA. The 4 year old attends forest school two days a week. She is outside for most of the day. In the fall and winter it is either damp or muddy. These boots hold up well (she's had Bogs before). They are the easiest to put on and take off.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson lives on Orcas Island. It is rather soggy in the fall and into the winter. He is an adorable blonde ringlet child who loves the great outdoors. Going on a hike with his forest cat is his passion. And, he can put on and take off by himself.

My kids have loved these boots for many years because of ease of use and comfort, but the last two pairs I have purchased have split open just above the heel after one season of use - making them no longer waterproof and of course I couldn't pass them down to the younger sibling - something I expected to be able to do when paying as much as $100 for a pair of insulated boots. It seems quality has deteriorated!

Bogs are great for warmth . However the tread on the sole is terrible. It starts of bad and only gets worse and more slick after a month of two of wearing them.

I meant for these to be rain boots and occasional visits to the snow. They are of great Bogs quality but far too heavy for my little guy to use as playtime rain boots. Previously purchased another Bogs style that he loved. We are disappointed with these. Did leave 3 stars because seems that they will be great for a snow visit.

My daughter, who is a young adult and no longer growing, has worn a pair of Bogs kids' size 5 for two years. Hers are finally falling apart, so I ordered her the same pair, and they're too small. They're a really sturdy shoe, and I'm not sure why the size is different.

Great fit and sturdy construction as always but the color doesn't look anything like the picture. It's more of a mid-blue color rather than a purple-blue as it appears in the picture.

Graphics rub off very easy. Had them for a month and both pairs are already rubbing off from light use. But they are warm and so far seem to be waterproof. Got these as a replacement for some that did not do their job. Old bogs we had the graphics and bottoms lasted way longer than these. and the classic ones that are now sold. Seems to be going down in quality.

I order Bogs boots for a small school. Over the years I have seen a decline in quality and workmanship. The children love the boots and they keep their feet dry and warm. But the inner liner is wearing too fast and there is a seam in the heel cup that makes them uncomfortable to wear one the liner has torn. On the upside Bogs has been an amazing company to deal with.

At first, we loved these boots. The are warm, easy on/off, and have been great for the snow, but the fact of the matter is that they are not durable enough for true outdoor play on a 7yr old.
When dressing up to go back out in the snow today, my son found a huge gaping hole cut in his the upper on one of his boots. He had no idea how it got there, and his boots are most often covered by his snow pants. They have been worn... maybe 7 times.
If I had paid $40... no big deal, but for the money, I am extremely dissapointed.

My daughter likes her camouflage boots, she says they are comfortable most of the time but can become damp after playing outside for awhile. They keep her feet warm when dry.
It's dissapointing how easily the camouflage print wears off. :(
She says she would of return them if she knew that was going to happen.

I bought these thinking my oldest son would outgrow them and pass them down to his younger brother. He has worn the camo print sides off, yes boys are rough on their shoes- I am not expecting them to be indestructible, just a thought for buying non printed ones next time. Now the neoprene has a worn spot where the elastic cuff is on his snow pants. So I am pretty sure they aren't going to be waterproof above the ankles anymore. We live in Maine and use them year around.

Looks to be an ok boot. I live in VT I would have liked to see a better tread on the bottom. I worry about the rubber around the foot that it will flex near the large toe and eventually develop a hole. My daughter seems happy with these boots
