Your company sent me an email to buy this filter for my refrigerator, but it doesn't fit.

I had a Frigidaire fridge before and never had any trouble with the filter. If I wanted to let the filter go longer than 6 months, I could. For some reason, with the PureSource 3 that I have to use with my new Frigidaire fridge, you cannot do this. The water starts to decrease in flow until it will barely come out. You HAVE to change it. Then after you put a new filter in, everything is fine again until it's ready to be changed again. Often sooner than 6 months. I will not be buying a Frigidaire fridge again in the future for this reason.

Just received my air fry tray for my 30" wall oven and it doesn't fit. I ordered this after having read the reviews on this site about people getting the tray and it not fitting. I purposely ordered over the phone and provided the model number of my oven. The air fry rack (the tray sits in the rack) is not wide enough. It is approximately 24" wide while my oven measures 25" inside. This is the most bizarre thing. First you offer an oven with Air Frying capabilities but requires an additional purchase. Then it appears from my experience and others that there is a sizing problem. Please help fix this....i would love to write a follow up review with a positive outcome and maybe a picture of some air fried wings.

First why would you sell an Air Fry oven without the Air Fry tray when 3 other racks are provided??????? Further, all racks measure 25 inches in width & fit perfect. This one is an inch short & cannot be mounted....are you serious????? Had to return & find an off brand. Shame Shame Frigidaire!!!!!!

The filter is "enclosed" on 5 of its 6 cardboard sides. How does the air circulate through the filter and clean the air?

Just received our oven todaymodel GCRE306CAFF and NO airfry traywow Frigidaire.bad move. Now I'm trying to find oneas stated in the book and can't find one for this model. Why on earth you would have an airfry feature and no air fry tray or basket? I would not have bought this stove if I would have known. Also read that I can't keep anything in bottom drawer when oven on which is where my frying pans used to go..I haven't used the actual stove yet but so far I am not impressed.

No tray ! One reason I bought this was for air fry function. Tried to order it says Not available for my model that has an air fryer as main selling point!

Do NOT buy this. It doesn't fit. I hope I can get my money back.

Same thing here, when attempting to replace an older filter with the PureSource2 (WF2CB recommended), the filter slides in correctly, but it will not snap in place. Support line is very bad, spent 2 hours and ask me check Kijiji? seriously?

This water filter is supposed to last 6 months. Per our typical usage, these filters have always lasted 12+ months. This time this filter didn't even last 4 months and no one at Frigidaire seems to want to stand behind their product.

I have about 5 of these filters because I thought signing up for a subscription would be helpful to both save and have the filter replacement when needed. There is no way to manage the subscription online easily, your chat feature doesn't work you don't have an email address and your phone lines are always busy. I will be rejecting the charge on my credit card since you have made this so difficult.

We bought this air fryer tray and it didn't come with the pan to go under it to catch the drippings. A regular cookie sheet is to small. When cooking wings it splatters all over the bottom of the range and the house fills with smoke. Thanks for nothing. We literally bought this range just to cook wings.

You would think ordering 3 filters, at least one would workbut similar to what others have posted, NONE of my 3 new ones would click in. They are the same model as I have ordered in past and are identical to the one I pulled outbut I will not go in all the way and click!?!

We spent thousands of dollars for a new oven featuring air frying but the tray doesn't come with it? Why not just include it and add the cost into the cost of the oven? Secondly, we did purchase the air fry tray because we happened to go on line to read the manual prior to delivery of our new oven. But, guess whatthe tray does not fit our oven. The tray is too narrow and will not reach the sides of the oven. Now, we have to drive back to the appliance store to return it.

Bought the 30" wall oven December 2021. Model FGEW3069UFB with the Air Fry feature. Ordered the recommended ReadyCook Air Fry tray only to find out too late that it will not fit in my oven. Why in the world would you sell an air fry oven and not have an air fry tray that will fit! HIGHLY, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

The original filter when we bought the fridge lasted much longer and had no cloudiness now we changed the filter and after a month the water is still cloudy. The filters are ridiculously expensive for the amount of time they last. We also have nothing but issues with everything freezing in the fridge. I would NOT buy another frigidaire if this is their quality.

Not only was I disappointed that my new oven didn't contain the broiler pan nor the air fry pan, when I ordered both, the broiler pan took one month to arrive and then to find the paint was missing on both the tray and the pan. Now I also found an email that said it was half the price I paid. I want a refund!

No instructions on how to install. The filter is in a cardboard box with holes cut out on one side and the other side has no holes cut out. Not sure which way the holes should be facing. Even a couple of Youtube videos I watched inserted the filter differently.

I have owned many Frigedaire appliances over the years. I bought this new stove mainly because of the air fry feature. Only to find out that the tray and rack are not included. Also no broiler pan. I've never bought a stove that didn't include a broiler pan! I think you guys should look at your reviews. Almost 20 percent are one star because the air fryer tray is not included. This tells me that you really do not care about your customer's opinion.

Come on Frigidaire!! You seriously don't include the airfry tray with this high $$$ gas range. First and maybe last Frigidaire purchase. Really bad for your customers.

Do not order this tray. It will not fit in the FGET3069UF double wall oven

I have been using the filters for a long time. Something has changed. The water is cloudy with bubbles. The reading of the metals in the water is higher than water from the sink faucet. I returned the first one thinking maybe it had been tampered with. The second is the same. Problem is without this filter you don't have an ice maker. I will be trying an after market.

Didn't make anything smell better. Keep your fridge clean and place a box of baking soda in there every 6 months and save some money.
