We love our new Frigidaire! We had to purchase a new refrigerator after our 20+ year old one decided to die the day after Christmas. We needed one that could be delivered the next day and we fell in love with this one. It was bigger on the inside but about the same size on the outside. It slid in the opening like it was made for it.

Fridge could use one more shelf for storage, otherwise like the glass shelves and bright inside. Freezer less then a month and trim on shelf front already falling off. Ice maker basket is nice and large.

Nice refrigerator. Metal could be a little sturdier on the doors. Dents easily. They all do.

Missing cap on freezer handle. Kick plate won't stay on . Metal to Metal grinding sound when opening and closing freezer door. Doors not level

Fridge looks good and it works well. I have couple of issues with it: 1. The sound level of the fridge is on the upper tolerable limit. The manual has one chapter dedicated to the different sounds the fridge produces and how normal those sounds are. This is a warning sign. All those different sounds like ice dropping or short buzz of damper motor adjusting position is nothing compared to constant whining of the fans. The only time the fans stop is when you open the door. All it needed was for the fans to go into low RPM when the fridge is at the temperature and it idles. Just a quiet whisper rather than high speed whining of the internal and external fans. Fans have noise levels rated in db. Why is the fridge not rated in db sound level? 2. Lack of attention to details in the manufacturer process. Where was quality control at the end of the line? Whoever was attaching the "Frigidaire" logo on the front door smudged the stainless steel panel with the glue and put the clear film over it. Next is the upper rubber seal on the freezer door. It's hanging down in the middle like a 30 year old fridge. A bit of effort and attention would go a long way. This is a high end brand Frigidaire Gallery.

When I first got this fridge the things I love about it is how much you can fit on each shelf as well as the ice maker is really big. Now that I have had it a couple months, it's loud. It sounds like a rattle and it's obnoxious.

I love the roominess of my new fridge. I hate that the defrost is not working properly and ice maker is no longer working properly. I don't want to give a bad review other than those two issues it works great. I need service so I got to figure out who to call now.

We have had this fridge for a month, everything is amazing except the fridge makes a horrible loud humming/buzzing noise every so often. We are currently trying to figure out what it is, thinking the ice maker but it's loud and random. When it goes off in the middle of the night , it's horrible

I've maker out

no cold water in this refrigerator. And the freezer door always pops open when you close the refrigerator side. I get cost cutting but really what does 25ft of plastic tubing for the cold water cost you? Would not buy this again, thinking we will replace it soon just because of that issue

After running fridge for 24 hours I filled it with food only to have it stop working 6 hours later. Unplugged it for an hour plugged it back in and still got flashing control panel. Left it unplugged overnight and plugged it back in again and it was fine. Not sure what happened but it has ran fine since then. Better than our 20 year old fridge.

All is well so far

I've had good luck with Frigidaire in the past, but I'm not sure about this fridge. When the factory setting was 37, the actual temp was around 41. After dropping the setting to 34, it is closer to 38 inside. The freezer seems to be OK. Might have to return it.

The fridge is nice although I'd of preferred a bottom drawer freezer. Not much space

great unit work efficiently not to noisy great ice very roomy cleans easily very nice display cost efficient again lots of space!

There is nothing fancy about it. The deli drawer is nice but the doors just don't hold as much as my old fridge. Also it makes weird noise once in awhile and can't figure out what it is. There is also a rubbing noise when opening the fridge door.

Has a lot of room. Ice maker doesn't take up a lot of space. Looks nice and has long handles. Well lit on the inside. Had problems evening the height of the doors. If the right door is too high, it makes a squeaky sound when it's opened.

Apparently my Refrigerator has a compressor that runs 100% of the time. I was not aware of this at time of purchase and it was not brought to my attention. Quite frankly this is driving me nuts! I can not understand how an appliance that is running constantly and consuming electricity is being efficient. And when I checked Use & Care book it just says some models with variable speed compressors react more quickly. I called and wasn't able to get confirmation that I now own a model that has a compressor that is supposed to run constantly.

It's a great fridge & freezer but the control panel on the front door can't be seen at night. Even with the lights on.

The fridge itself is good. However the door needs and additional shelf for storage. The freezer is roomy but the ice maker is horrible. It only makes about 8-10 trays a day and with a large family you will run out of ice. So you only get about 40 cubes a day. I have tried to find if it's adjustable like prior models and it doesn't appear so. I would not recommend this to anyone who has a family larger than 3 in the home.
