Refrigerator is a decent size and has ample room. The noise the ice maker makes is a bit annoying.

Great fridge for the price! Pleased with the purchase. There was issue with a very loud noise sounding like a basketball shot clock buzzer in the being but with a little research we got that fixed. A nugget I'll share is if you do attach a water line to the refrigerator. Make sure to turn off the ice maker function by holding down "Ice" if not there will be a very loud priming noise that will wake you in the middle of the night.

We've had our new fridge for a month or so now and it's just so fun to open the door and see everything so organized, easy to reach and see items inside etc.... The ICE and water feature is new to us too and we're very happy with the option. Overall, we're thrilled with the purchase so far.

I replaced a 13 year old LG with this. I can say that this appliance makes a lot more noise than my lg. so I would suggest plugging it in at the store.

I like how much space you have inside the fridge to store things. It is very roomy.

Nice looking and well laid out shelves and drawers. The cold air vent in the refrigerator could be positioned better

Only had refrigerator for 2 weeks, but so far I like it. It is spacious, and the crisper drawers really does keep things fresh. My only criticism is that the ice is too big to fit into my water container.

It came later than it was supposed to, but it arrived in a reasonable time. It was packaged well. The sticky clear film on the door is a real pain. It's tucked under the rubber door seal and is hard to remove. The finish is nice and doesn't finger print easily. The door handles are nice, but they finger print badly. Ice is small squares, water tastes good. LED lighting is excellent, it runs very quietly. i had to level the legs and level the doors. It took a good hour to hook the water, level, remove plastic and install shelves. Speaking of which. I had a fridge glass shelf clip break. I moved it from one place to another and one side of the white clip on back trim broke off. One of the clear gallon door bins also cracked the first day upon loading. It makes me think maybe the plastic in the fridge maybe won't hold up? My last Frigidaire side by side lasted 20 years. We can only help this one will too. But, it is beautiful, and cold.

After our last fridge died, we switched from the French door (LG) set up to side by side. This works much better for us. I hated opening both doors to access the vegetable bin. Water flow from the dispenser is good and water seems to taste better now. Ice dispenses quickly. Only two negatives: 1) the fridge is a little noisy for a few seconds sometimes 2) All of our other appliances are black stainless steel which, unfortunately, is being phased out. We chose stainless steel. Not a perfect match to everthing else but close. We needed a fridge quickly and didn't have the luxury of being too choosy. Otherwise, very pleased so far. Hope it lasts longer than the last fridge (7 years).

I do like it but it would be nice if there wasn't an obstacle in removing the ice tray. Every time I need to dump the ice tray I need to remove the shelf at the top.

So far, all is good with the refrigerator. At this time, there are 2 questions/concerns I have. 1) when opening/closing the freezer door, there is often an audible sharp click 2) the refrigerator has 2 locations for an "air" filter; one in main area upper left and another in 1 crisper drawer. I received only one air freshener packet and do not know where to use it (or if I should have received another also).

Nice and surprisingly quick at getting down to temp and maintaining. Well balanced mixture of simplicity and yet has a good number of tech features that hit on all the basics. Water valve kicking in is alarmingly loud if you're not expecting it, and I wish this fridge had more shelf recesses to let you better custom size the distance between shelves.

So far so good? Have one problem with the door adjustment nut.The instructions say to use a 12mm wrench. That's not correct. One side is a 7/16 and I had to use an adjustable wrench on the other. But the side I needed to adjust would not move the door. Someone has to come out to fix it. Otherwise we line what we have seen in the first week. Things are looking much better than the Samsung French door model this unit replaced.

I'm enjoying my new refrigerator. It has all the features I was looking for. I wish it had a place for soda cans, but I'll have to look for something at an organizing store. My control panel is also not installed correctly and I'm waiting on some resolution for that.

My refrigerator arrived with one door lower than the other. No way to adjust this. This refrigerator is much quieter than the Whirlpool it replaced. Operation of the ice and water dispenser is smooth and love the larger opening to fill larger glasses and water bottles. Roomy inside. Lighting is good. Hoping this one will last a lot longer than the Whirlpool that died due to compressor failure in less than three years.

Love my new stainless side by side. Attractive and efficient.

exactly the right size, works great

I thought I had done my research to find the best fridge for my family. I did not read that the water comes out of the fridge warm, which isn't the end of the world, but our old fridge did do this. The ice cubes are very small, and it only makes about 20 cubes per batch. I use about that many to fill my water bottle. Also, the drawers in the freezer fall off the guiderails when I pull the drawer out. I had the top drawer filled with frozen meat, but the weight was just too much for the drawer, so now I have the meat in a storage tote on one of the shelves. I like the shelves in the refrigerator door...they hold a lot, but I don't care for the spacing of the shelves. Would I pick this fridge again...no, but it does it's job.

Good choice

1) We were disappointed to learn that the water dispenser did not dispense cold water! WHAT? There are many occasions when you want a cool drink of water and don't want to add ice. And what about needing cold water quickly for making pie crusts, etc? 2) The manual that came with our unit was pretty much worthless when it came to figuring out how to remove the shelves and put the front protective edges on them. And after an exhaustive search on your website I discovered that information was not there either. Frustrating.

New fridge is roomy and quiet.
