Not true to size. Runs very small.

The reviews were right! I have been wearing these flip flops for 20 years and now they don't fit...so sad. The straps are way too lose on the size 6, I even tried a smaller size. The size 5 straps fit my foot but my heel is hanging off.

I have been a loyal Reef Sandy customer for 5 plus years, buying 3-5 pairs a year. This year I bought 2 pair and they both have the same sole. This sole collects dust, hair, sand, etc and makes them extremely slick on most surfaces. I've slipped several times on wood, tile, dirt, etc and slipped on steps in my home falling down the steps both times. I refuse to wear them again. PLEASE change the sole back!

I've been wearing this style of Reef's for *decades*. I just ordered the same style and size as always and to my dismay they don't fit the same as they always have. Sadly, Reef changed the design to make them more narrow and my foot doesn't quite fit anymore. I do have wide, but these have always fit great. I'm debating about even keeping these new ones. The images show my worn out 2yrs old flips (same size) against the new ones, and my foot in each.

The Reef Sandy has been my go-to flip flop for about 15 years. I always felt confident hopping from rock to rock across slippery ocean shores in these trusty sandals, as the bottoms and footbed had great grip. I've walked for hours at a time comfortably in deserts, on concrete sidewalks, and trails without getting rub from the fabric in-between the toes as it was soft and the shoes were perfectly sized. A thick, durable, quality flip-flop that I highly recommended to everyone and considered a must-have. Sadly, the new Sandy is NOT the same. Inferior quality with slippery bottom, improperly sized length, and odd less-durable footbed material. I no longer have confidence in this shoe, and there is now nothing to set it apart from the competitors. Yet another case of a company that doesn't leave a good product alone. Goodbye, Reef! I was loyal until the change, but I am off to find a new company/ flip-flop that is like the old Sandy.

Too slippery!! Bottoms are different. Dangerously slippery. I slipped down deck stairs. Several small slips and slides. I have been buying these for 20 years. Will not buy again. I will be returning these Too bad cause I love my old ones. Hope these will go back to old bottom style

The left one is perfect! The right one makes my foot feel like it is sliding off the shoe to the inside. : (. Never had a problem with Reefs before.

Great colors , but not a true size 8 . It's really small.

Just bought a new pair for my wife, she gets this style every year. She always wears a 9 or 9.5, so I ordered a 10, for a little wiggle room. Her toes hang off and she"ll need at least an 11. Something has changed.

Like many of the reviews, I have worn the same Sandy flip flips for a decade and went ahead an bought a new pair only to be highly disappointed when they arrived. They are so different now. Stiff, short and just seem cheaply made now. It's a shame that Reef has decided to do skip out on quality when that's why most of us have been repeat customers for years!! I will be looking for an alternative amazing pair of flip flops this year and I can only hope that you guys bring back the original!!

I recently ordered the Reef Sandy for my daughter who has been wearing that style for many years and has gone through many pairs. I had to return the latest pair. They were too narrow and the sole is stiffer and not the same as before. Please bring back the orginal Sandy style and fit.

These were too small. My previous pair is a size 8 but looked to be at least 1/2 size bigger than the new pair. I had to return them.

I wear a size 10. I didn't read any reviews beforehand and just assumed they were true to size. Definitely ran small. My mother wears an 8.5 and they fit her! I ended up letting her have them. Do they normally run small?

I return these flip flops. I was hoping that the arch would have been as great as men's reef

I gave 1 star so I can continue. There were no treads on the shoes and I returned them.

Too small! Wished the form would have given option to return and select to get a bigger size.

I have been wearing Reefs for several years and have always loved them. So I was very disappointed to see how slippery the soles are on the new Reefs. I'm afraid to wear them for safety reasons. Do all Reefs have this slick sole?

Have worn and loved Reef Sandy for years but for the second year in a row I have received a pair marked with size I ordered but measuring 1/2 inch shorter than my other pairs.

This is the only pair of Reef flip flops I have ever needed a bigger size in. They were too small. I went and bought 2 pair of Reef flip flops the same day that I received these and I had to get a size 7. These run very small. Buy a size bigger!

Size 7 was way too small. I spoke with customer service who indicated there was a size labelling error. I returned the Reefs. I have not yet seen a refund.

I've worn this same style for years and my daughter recently started wearing the same style. I fee like the shoe has changed, it's tighter, smaller and rubs my big toe. My daughter is having to send hers back because of how much smaller it is than her last pair and it was the same style and size. I'm keeping mine but will probably shop for a different style.

I wanted to love these sandals since I tried on a pair belonging to my friend. I ordered a size 8 because the reviews said they run small. The ones I received were so narrow and have such a short "toe peg" that I can barely get my feet in them. The sandal sticks out almost an inch beyond my toes. I'm very disappointed and am hoping that the straps will stretch out with time.

As I've stated in my headline I belive you mislabeled the size on my sandy's. I have been wearing them thinking that I may just need to wear them in. (That's why I didn't return them) My daughter has the identical product same size and hers are at least 3/4 to an inch larger. We both bought size 8. I have foot problems and was always wearing my daughter's sandy's because I LOVE them. So disappointed I paid almost $30 and I can't use them. Sad Customer

I have been buying this flip flop for years. I have problems with my feet and it's the only one I can wear. I needed to replace my current pair and I'm so disappointed. Not the same material, not as durable, bottom has no grip and just causes you to slide around, the color rubs off on the bottom of your feet and the floor, and they're too small! I have been buying a 7 in this shoe for several years, now my heel hangs over the back of these. Most of all I'm disappointed in the quality, they are that cheap lightweight material, not the same as what they used to be made of. Also sucks because I recommended these to a friend, who purchased them after trying my previous pair on. She has the same problems with them...I was confused because she tried mine on and then the ones she ordered were small on her feet, causing black stains, etc..well now I ordered a pair and understand why-Reef changed the shoes all together. THESE SHOULD BE MARKETED AS A NEW STYLE AND THIS STYLE NAME DISCONTINUED!
