I haven't worn this coat yet but I can tell it will be very warm. It is made well and it's not too puffy. The granite color is nice; almost a dark silver. I'm 5'4" and the length is perfect, 2 or 3 inches longer than the pictire.

I purchased a North face coat b/c I noticed everyone wearing North face never seemed cold. It is very warm, although it hasn't gotten too cold yet this year. Im 5'8" and larger and hippy and the xxl zips all the way with room. trust the size finder! I purchased black bc I figured if I was paying that ,much for a coat it should match everything, I wish there was a better charcoal color, I would of preferred that. Maybe add some small reflective features, like the logo or zipper pulls. My zipper does get caught in the fabric, and then i cant get my keys or phone out but it seems to be you have to keep the fabric straight and pulled tight so it doesnt get caught

Cute, WARM coat but it will have to go back. Contrary to what other reviewers said, I did not find this parka to run a size smaller. I am 5'7" and 135 pounds and a medium would have been plenty roomy. This has a little fitting through the waist which keeps it from just being the typical sack. I also found it to be longer than the image shows, but that could be the large size? I am debating ordering a size smaller as I ordered The North Face Boundary TriClimate Jacket and am keeping it. It will definitely fulfill a lot of needs.

Love this jacket. Can't rate the warmth factor as I haven't wore it out yet. But as far as style it's very nice. I'm 5' 110 pounds and the Xs fits me snug. Probably should have gotten the S so I could layer under. Otherwise the length is good and the cost is very light which is nice since I hate bulky coats. Hope it's warm!

This jacket is super warm and comfy! I finally have a coat that I feel will keep me warm through an Northern Indiana winter. I love the pink inner lining with the gray.

Perfect for walking to classes, not bulky, great length.

Bought the coat for my girlfriend who is a 21 year old college student. She liked the coat and how it fits and was good for long walks to class and comfortable to keep on in class. Only downside is the inside is a very hot pink.

As always I am very happy with my north face purchase. This parka is very warm and stylish! The length is perfect and the size fits well. I'm 5'3 140 with a large bust and the Meduim fits perfectly!

Great Jacket

After years of my Dad buying me jackets, I've finally have found the PERFECT one. OMG, it's so comfortable and warm, and living on a college campus in Michigan, winters can be long and cold and having a warm jacket to protect me from the elements is a must. I love my new jacket and thanks to my Dad and Northface, let the snow fly..

general everyday wear

I spend yearly a week or to in London during October or November. I bought this parka for these occasions. It's perfect! Keeps me warm while I am outside, yet easy to carry around while on public transport. I absolutely love the design! It's light, it's comfortable, it's warm. Just the right length! Perfect for the London winter!

I wear a sweatshirt under this coat and it keeps me very warm. I love it! The only thing that is frustratinf s the sleeve length is a little too short.

I recently bought this coat because my other coat zipper broke. I am so glad I bought this one because being petite women I have difficult time finding coats that fit me right. This coat will be great for Northern Michigan winters. It feels like I am walking around wearing a sleeping bag because it's so comfortable.

This jacket is even cuter in person and it is super warm in the winter! Would highly recommend.
