THE COAT CAME EXACTLY AS PROMISED. NO PROBLEMS. BEAUTIFUL

I bought a few down parkas and this was a clear favorite. It is warm without being overly padded, and was flattering. I have bigger hips and the very slight A-line cut worked well for me. The zipper is easy to use and seems durable, and the hood is a perfect size. The pockets are deep and warm. For a while after I first bought the coat, small down feathers would escape between the seams - I feel like this is normal for a down coat but it did happen quite a bit at first. It's not so much of a problem after a few weeks of wearing the coat.

I love this jacket but returned it because it was too much like my other Nirth Face. Nick on Hennepin Avenue was the manager (Minneapolis) and did a wonderful job taking it back. Professional and courteous!

I'm 5'2 105lbs. and the XS is a perfect fit. It is so comfortable and warm. I've been eyeing this jacket for awhile and so happy with the purchase.

This coat is warm and fits well. It feel slightly snug in the armpit and bust when I add an extra layer such as extra sweater underneath coat. It is nicely designed and warm.

I really love this parka and am thrilled with the grey color which is a departure for me since I normally chose black. I must say, I feel this runs big. I have the regular Gotham jacket in small and the fit is perfect. For this parka, I returned the small for an XS and am happier with the fit which I found to be a bit bulky in the shoulders.
