I initially decided to purchase from ZAPPOS because of they had the shoes I wanted,great price and return policy which seemed important for an online shoe purchase. I decided to call customer service to ask a few questions. Customer service is great! They will spend as much time as you need to help you! I will be a return customer because of the reasons mentioned!

I recently started walking in the morning for exercise, and purchased the Asics GEL-Tech Walker. It felt comfortable right out of the box! I wore them the very next morning. The best test result of a new shoe is not even thinking about it while you're wearing it. These shoes passed with flying colors.

Excellent shoe for its purpose. I wore these for a vacation to NYC. According to my Garmin, I walked 47 miles in 8 days and the shoes felt great. I did not have one blister or sore feet at all. I did wear some dry-fit socks, which I know helped. The shoes felt a little awkward on my arch, but my feet felt great.

This is my third pair and I have them to be very comfortable. I use them for my walking. I also wear them for every day use during the summer.

Most comfortable, light, cool walking sneaker I've ever worn! Light like a running shoe, not ugly but with a walking shoe design. Highly recommended!

I really needed good walking shoes, with shock absorption, good structure, and toe room. Attractive counted, too. I was drawn to the rich variety of choices available online, but had been put off by the hassle of returning stuff. Enter Zappos: I looked up the durable, attractive, high quality brand I keep coming back to: Asics. There's the shoe. Speedy delivery, recyclable packaging, perfect fit, and no pain. Problem solved! I ordered a second pair in white.

The sneakers were the correct size and are very comfortable. I am very pleased and satisfied with the purchase.

These are great shoes! Comfortable and proper fit right out of the box and they've been worn every day since purchased for long-ish purposeful walks. Perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend or to buy again!

Great shoe for walking or just wearing around. Good support, light weight, open toe box and nicely cushioned. I am a 40 year runner who can no longer run. Reduced to walking so no need to buy a high tech running shoe. This is perfect although the colors are bland. Highly recommend.

I recently ordered a pair of walking shoes that were delivered in one day, free shipping. After trying them on I found I found them to be too large. I sent them back using their paid for shipping label and the resent me (within 2 days) a new pair a size lower. Their phone receptionist was polite and led me thru the process. I have been with Zappos over 5 years and tell all I can of how satisfied we are with them.

These shoes came exactly as ordered and in an incredibly short time. I have worn them for two weeks and they look and feel better than I had hoped for.

These are great walking shoes. They run true to size and width. They are comfortable. I am walking about 5 - 7 miles a day. These shoes do the job!

My husband already knew he liked this particular shoe since he'd had it once or twice before. We're especially impressed that Zappos had it in his size and at a very reasonable price since we had checked several other websites first and no one had it in his size. The free shipping and timely delivery are also huge pluses in my book!

I try to walk every day. However pain in my hip and knee prevents me from enjoying it very much anymore. I purchased these shoes and have walked in them for two days (A little over 3 miles each day). The pain in my knee and hip is a third of what it has been and I almost feel reborn and feel good about walking again.

I bought these shoes and I must say that they are very comfortable and well made shoes. Engineered for the walkers specifically! You will love 'em!

As a treadmill desk walker, I put 7-10 miles on these shoes every day. So far this is the most durable shoe I have tried. I feel supported for almost two months before I replace them. This is almost double a few other brands that I have tried.

Excellent walking shoes. I like them because they are very comfortable but don't look like they belong on someone over 65 - like many other "walking shoes" do (i.e. NB). I go 6-8 miles a day in these and my feet are dry/comfortable at the end of the walk. Well ventilated, only catch is that when its under 40 F, they can be a little cold.

Was pleasantly surprised by a inter net buy of shoes. Everything fit well, like them very much. shipped and received in a short time. Everything went smooth. Would buy from them again.

Great shoe!My only complaint is that the sole at the top is separating from the upper on both right and left shoe.I've worn them basically every other day for four years,so I might be unfair complaining...

Great feeling light walking shoe!

These shoes are GREAT to walk in! I bought these for daily use in multiple environments: Office environments, hiking on country roads, and daily overall use. They felt as comfortable on the day I had to retire my pair as they did after the first several days of wearing them (you will need that long to break them in and get them to feel comfortable). The pair I had last about 16 months, and were a replacement for ones that had the bottom sole separating from the rest of the shoe (Thanks for the fast replacement, Zappos!). The only reason why I had to retire them was that the mesh on the top of the shoe got a hole in them; even then, they would have been used as house shoes, if they didn't get soaked in cat urine. Sorry to see them go, but I got my money's worth out of these.

I have a size 13 AAA foot and I'm picky. I don't want a shoe that looks like Unicorn puke nor do I want a shoe that looks like something my Grandpa would wear (I'm looking at you Velcro shoes). So, I struggle finding shoes that fit. Currently I'm wearing the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 so I'm getting used to the Neo Waker which has actual support. The fit is good on this shoe so far. You can cinch it up pretty tight without crumpling the toe box. If you have extremely narrow feet you'll know the struggle. The laces will need to be trimmed so they don't hit the ground but I'm used to that. The mid section of this shoe is pretty narrow which is good for me. For you 'normies' you might find it too narrow. For those of use with feet the size of cross country skis it's welcoming. It provides comfortable support. As a walking shoe the toe box is quite ample and should provide plenty of room for those 12 hour walking sessions around Disney World. There seems to be plenty of support all around in this shoe which is nice. I can feel it supporting the back side of my foot below the ankle something I've never had in a shoe before. Size wise it feels a little big but from researching online you want at least a thumb width from your longest toe to the end of the shoe. This shoe provides that and a smidgen more. This is where the 12.5 would probably have been a better choice but it was out of stock.

This shoe is amazing. I work at an airport and walk back and forth throughout the terminals all day and my feet feel fine when I get home. I am very satisfied with this product.
