Really wanted to like these boot? They are narrow, hard, not flexible, not comfortable. I expected better from Columbia. Walmart is better.

Cannot even get them on.

Nice looking boot. VERY hard to put on! And too low in the arches and mine are not terribly high. I went for the Ice Maiden II which laces up and is adorable.

I really wanted to love these boots, but I found them stiff and difficult to put on. If you're a plus size in any way, these may not be for you. They have a very small opening to get your foot in. My ankle couldn't even pass through it, even with one full size larger than I normally take. Totally disappointing.

Rubbed my ankle bones and felt clunky. Disappointing.

I'll start off by saying: I am almost always a 7.5 Medium in shoes and usually an 8M in boots and sneakers (except Skechers, I can be anywhere from a 6.5 to a 7). I have had surgeries on my feet (hammertoes), have the beginnings of bunions, have extremely high arches and have pains in my feet even when laying in bed or wearing orthopedic slippers. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, Sjogrens, Raynauds Syndrome, and neuropathy in my hands and feet. I was looking for a zip up or pull on winter boot that was waterproof and insulated for cold, wet or snowy walks with my family as well as hopping in the car to go to the store or doctor, etc. That said, I ordered the size 8M of this boot. They are not a good looking boot. Look and feel cheap in my opinion. The ankle area was swimming on me. They are loose in the heel. Yet really tight in the front and toe box. My toes were hitting the front of the boot, which is why I chose felt half size smaller. The bottom felt hard and no arch support either. They also didn’t feel like they would be warm enough. They were uncomfortable too. Back to Zappos they go. Just to help out in addition to these (Columbia Ice Maiden II Slip in 8M) I also ordered: Bogs Snowday Low in 8M, The North Face Yukiona Ankle Boot Shiney in 8M, Bogs B-Moc Quilted Puff in 8M, Sorel Kinetic Short in 8M and Sorel Whitney Short in 7.5M. In the end the most comfortable and fit with my regular socks and boot socks were The Bogs B-Moc Quilted Puff in 8M. Not the most cute boot in the world but they were my favorite of the lot. These were not my top choice because I wasn't a huge fan of the style but they were what was left that would work for me if my preferred pair did not. I have no idea on the fit of the width or the arch support. The opening at the top was so small I couldn't even get these on! Very disappointed.

Don't know if they fit. Couldn't get my foot past the narrow ankle area. Stupid design.

These boots have such a tight bridge, I was not able to slide my foot in beyond it so never even got the boot on my foot. I wear a perfect size 6.5M and this was the first time I couldn't even get my foot into the boot so I can't comment on the fit! :)

So cute, but these boots were manufactured fitted for a foot without the insert. When insert used (any insert for that matter), the shoe becomes something like a AAA width - way too tight. We tried ordering up a size but was useless. The 2nd problem, was there was no contour to keep the heel on. Ordered one pair for myself (1/2 size up) and one pair for my daughter (1 full size up), and both of us found the heel slipped in back. We love other Columbia clothing products but they didn't carefully oversea the manufacture of this line of boots. Style is 5 stars, but comfort is zero. Felt a full 2 sizes too narrow, and at least a full size too short. I'm 10.5 & daughter is 9, and we ordered 11 and 10 sizes. Returned and bought Kamik instead which fits perfectly. We learned other Michiganders wear Kamik.

I have never been so disappointed with a Zappos footwear purchase. I bought these for a last-minute trip to Yellowstone and needed a good pair of snow boots — these have a 5-star rating and over 100 reviews... figured I couldn't go wrong. Unfortunately, the one negative review that said these were impossible to get on ended up being my experience too. I could not even get my foot in without a huge struggle and they were so stiff and tight everywhere (literally zero flexibility) I couldn't even imagine they'd loosen up at all. Very uncomfortable, felt at least 2 sizes too small. The diameter of the shaft is so small, I'm not even sure I could have gotten these on when I was a little kid. I honestly wonder if there was some sort of mistake in the sizing/labeling, I have never had an experience of sizing being SO off before, especially when everyone else seems to think these are perfect. Very sad, they are really cute and seem like they'd be warm. And now I don't have boots for my trip. :(

I purchased these, and they are very stylish. My problem was they are stiff, I cant get them on. Sending them back.

I ordered these boots a half size larger than I wear. They are really cute, but I couldn't get my foot in them! There was no give to the for my foot to make the turn into them. Sadly I had to return them.
