What is nice about these boots is that the insole is removable and you can put your own insole in. The insole that the boot comes with is pretty flat, not that great in my opinion, but once you remove that and put in your own these boots are good for walking around a lot. I also found that I had adequate space in the toe box. If you want to do what I did I recommend buying a half size larger. The boot has a show lace, which makes it slightly adjustable, which is another great feature of these boots. These are snow boots, but I also think they are good for wearing in cold weather even if there is no snow/rain because they are cute and pleasant looking. These boots will definitely keep your feet warm, but they are comfortable to have indoors as long as you have socks on. I own uggs and like them, but I find myself hesitant to wear them when I know a lot of walking will be involved as uggs are very flat and they don't work well with removable insoles, so these boots are a great alternative. I also struggle with the toe boxes of boots being too narrow and the heels of boots being too wide. Being able to put in my own insole and use the shoe lace really helped me make these boots work, as most pairs of boots I try on don't work for me. I would say these boots are somewhat true to size, but since people may want to use an insole or wear thicker socks I'd suggest ordering the boots in two sizes at least and playing around with it to see what works best for you.

I bought these because I wanted a cute snow boot that was entirely black (including fur) to wear with black tights or jeans. These fit the bill! They are warm and have good traction on ice. My only complaint is that they are only really good as a street shoe - the heel doesn't provide enough support to walk on a snowy trail, even for a short hike. Good for in town but not very versatile! If you are looking for functionality for both, I would choose Sorels instead.

These boots are really light and don't feel like clunky snow boots. There is structure to the boot and the sides don't slouch. For me, the boot is too narrow and is tight without a sock.

Very warm and comfy but a bit slippery on ice.

These felt good and they felt like they would be very warm. I really wanted to like them and keep them - but the left foot had a seam that bothered me, and I could tell it would always be that way. Had to send back.

These boots are really light weight and easy to get in and out of. I wear a 10 but ordered a 10 1/2 to allow room for thick socks and the 10 1/2 is perfect. Seems warm, comfy but no arch support at all. I’m be adding my own arch supports.

I liked them, but they were so stiff that I was uncomfortable when my foot was bent. I was afraid it would affect my driving. The foot part of the boot was comfortable.

These are pretty cute and super warm and comfortable, but I like a wide toe box and these were squishing my last 2 toes and my right foot was actually touching the front of the shoe. I usually wear either a 9.5 or 10. I got these in a 10.

This boot has a chunkier sole than I expected. Good quality. Runs narrow.

Boot looks stylish and smart. It fits a thick sock without being too tight. Here's to hoping that it will keep my feet warm and toasty during those days I have to be out in the Northern cold winters.

The sides on these felt still (like there was cardboard in them). But, otherwise they seemed decently well made. They looked as pictured (and on the video). They are very warm (too warm for a regular day of work inside so I am returning them to try something else). I ordered a size bigger than my shoe size thinking I'd want to wear thick socks to keep warm when wearing outside. That was perfect. They were roomy (length and width) and perfect size for wearing with bulky socks. I iddn't notice any arch support, so I don't think there was much.

Ordered these for my daughter but have to send them back. She loved the style but they were much too narrow for her feet. We ordered up in size and they were still too narrow. She has never had difficulty finding shoes that fit well. It is a shame as they are very attractive and look very warm and comfortable (assuming they fit properly).
