LOVE these boots. They're pretty, warm, comfortable and exactly what I needed in a good winter boot in NYC. Great for walking and a good grip on the bottom for worry free walking on sidewalks and steps.

I love these boots! I ordered up a size just like the reviews suggested. I have finicky feet and these work perfectly. They are quite warm and toasty. I've worn them with regular athletic socks, and I'm pretty sure they will work well with a bit thicker wool socks when needed. They are fairly flat, without much arch support but I wear orthotic inserts in all my shoes. They fit just fine in these.

I love these boots. They are light weight, warm, and stylish.

Probably the most comfortable shoes I own. Walked 10-12 miles a day with these in Europe last year and they held up great, and my feet didn't completely hate me! Recommend sizing up 1/2 size, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks.

Very comfortable and easy to pull on. Great for running the kids to school on a cold morning, my commute home from work, or traipsing around the ski village in between runs. Like slippers after hours in ski boots.

The boots a little too small and narrow for me.

I ordered these for my daughter in a half size larger than she normally wears and she loves them. She normally wears an 8 or 8.5, but size 9 fit perfectly on her narrow feet. Very cute boots!

These are my absolute FAVORITE snow boots. I normally wear a size 8.5/9 but had to go up to 9.5. They seem to run a bit small. Especially if you like thicker socks for warmth. I loved them so much, I purchased the black pair too!!! Super warm and extremely comfortable for walking or standing for long periods.

Super cute snow boot. I normally wear a size 8, so I ordered a size 8. Fits well with a normal sock but if you wear a thicker sock I suggest ordering a half size larger. Feet stay nice and toasty. I like the fact that theses boots are stylish and not as clunky as snow boots tend to be. Good support and comfortable to wear for any length of time.

My daughter loved these boots, but they are a tad small and the only option in the drop-down menu next to this item is return, no exchange option. I'd exchange for a size larger if possible. She really liked the style and said they felt cozy but too snug.

Very comfortable and warm boot. We have had an unusually cold and wet winter and so far these boots have been great. Keep my feet warm. Have not testing in water yet so not sure how waterproof they are. Not much for arch support and small sizing. I wear a 8.5 running shoe and 9.5 boot fits great with my smart wool socks.

Great on slippery snowy streets and sidewalks! These are great boots. Super duper warm, hella cute and give you a secure feeling with no worry of slipping, sliding or falling.

I love these boots warm & toasty at 25 degrees and with relatively thin socks. Comfortable enough to talk a long walk in (probably not a serious hike). I recommend ordering 1/2 size up from your usual size.

While I haven't had a chance to wear these boots in snow yet, I did need a full size larger than my usual size. I wear a 9, ordered the 9.5 (too small) and then ordered the 10 (fit perfectly). Thank goodness for Zappos - free and fast!
