I don't write product reviews normally. But I want to for these boots. I find I'm hardly wearing anything else since I got them. They feel so warm and so light that I have more energy and feel bouncy when I walk, even though I'm in my 70s! I wish they had a bit more lateral support, but I'm able to put my orthotics inside so they are very comfortable.

I bought a pair of saddle color to duplicate a pair I bought 2 years ago. The quality of this pair is quite a bit lower than my first pair, everything is thinner and not as sturdy. I bought one size larger as was recommended by other reviewers, but even that was not enough! I wear size 8.5 and ordered 9.5. I had to send them back and order size 10! By then saddle color was gone and I settled for blue, which is nice but now I have to buy a scarf or something to match. Also, the first pair had a left boot narrower than the right. The blue pair (size 10!) is fine and fit well. I hope it will wear as well as my original from 2 years ago.

I have always had cold feet and with these boots as long as I start out with warm feet I am all set! I walked in a parade with my step daughter in the rain and had warm dry feet at the end of the 3 miles!!! They are great! I bought a half size bigger after reading all the reviews and could have gone with my regular size, but this way I can still wear heavy socks! Love them. Best boots I've ever had!!!

I was looking for a boot that had more flexibility and movement but still kept my feet warm and dry. So far this boot delivers. I haven't had deep snow yet, but for cold and wet, the boots did the job. My only issue is on the inside right ankle. I think it's a seam but I have to constantly move and reposition the boot, it rubs horribly. Otherwise I would have given this boot a five star. The other foot does not have the same issue, it's perfectly comfortable.

These boots are cute and they seem very durable. Im a size 11. These are slightly too small. They are a little tight across the top of my feet. And my toe is all the way to the front. The bottom of the boot is slippery on ceramic flooring.. but I like them too much to return them. so Im hoping they give in a little with wear and i bought grips for the bottom.

Originally ordered a half size larger than my normal size based upon other reviews. They were still too small. Returned and ordered a full size larger than normal and they are perfect. They are very comfortable and warm! I would definitely recommend this boot!

While I would recommend you go a size up, this boot is otherwise perfect. It's lightweight and warm. And overall very comfortable. I am able to walk 20 minutes to work in these just fine. Don't worry about it being a lace-up. It's practically a slip on. I do notice that if I don't double tie the lace it quickly unlaces. But that's minor. So far so good...I have tested these in 15 degree weather.....can't wait to test them out in sub-zero weather.

I recently got these snow boots in anticipation for the cold winter in Chicago. These boots are amazingly very lightweight and stylish. They are comfortable to wear and so far really warm. I haven't used them in the snow yet. They have a waterproof outer membrane so I'm confident they will be fine. Originally I ordered a size 8.5 but these were slightly tight in the front. I exchanged them for a 9.5 which feel much better. I would definitely recommend ordering at least 1/2 to 1 size up from your normal size. Normally I wear a 8 - 8 1/2 size.

My wife loves the way they feel and walk. The only reason she does not give 5 stars is that she has not used them for their intended purpose - middle of Colorado winter at 9,000 where we live.

I ordered the black, charcoal one. I normally wear a size 7, but after reading some of the comments of it running a bit slightly smaller then size I decided to order a 7.5 .. I just received them today and let me tell you, I LOVE THEM! I don't remember the last time I owned boots for winter like this besides the regular UGGs everyone wears. This is my first order from Columbia and I'm extremely happy. Just waiting for my other three items to come in and me and my boys will be ready for the Minnesota winter coming in a few months.

I bought these for my daughter so that she could walk to work this winter. Without socks, her toes were right up to the top. Even the sides were a bit narrow, and she has average feet. Otherwise, they looked terrific, with a good grip on the bottom for walking in the snow. Awaiting the exchange - went from a size 8 to a 9 so that she could wear warm socks.

I needed to get one a size larger. But the boot is comfortable and warm.

I need more structure containing the ball of my foot and this boot was lacking. I have large calves and these had comfortable coverage. Not all jeans went over them. They seemed good for indoor cold venues. Did not test their weatherproofing.

These boots have a lot going for them but one big disadvantage. The seam on the front top of the boot rubs the top of the foot making them extremely uncomfortable after 20-30 minutes. I keep wearing them hoping they'll break in but so far they still hurt. If you decide ti try them, they run small. I wear a 9.5-10 in leather boots and needed a 10.5 which is unusual for me. They are very warm yet light weight. They are great outside in the bitter cold. When I'm inside - on a plane or in a restaurant - I fold over the top of the boot so I don't bake. Fingers crossed the top of the boot loosens up so I can continue to wear them.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I feel like quality snowboots should last for more than a couple years. Third (Minnesota) winter, and they now leak like crazy, rendering them useless. I really like how lightweight they are, and they're very comfortable, but I'm wary about a second pair if I'm going to need to replace every other year. If a Columbia Rep reads this, can you please respond with how long the waterproofing in your boots should last? Thanks!

These boots are calf height, leaving half of my bottom leg exposed to winter winds. They also don't seem strong enough at the top (soft fabric). The bottom sole doesn't seem to have enough grip for icy sidewalks. Sent it back.
