These shoes fit very comfortably and are good for long walks. Waterproofing is very good with the understanding that any water that hits your sock above the shoe will get to your foot.This is my third pair of these shoes

Was looking for comfort, safety and design together. And here what I found. The shoes is perfect for you feet. The design is fantastic. And the main it's budget shoe. I bet you to try them they are really made for your comfort. If you love your feet give them these shoes.

They were a bit stiff the first week, but after breaking in they've been quite comfortable. I'd buy again.

exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a lighter low top hiker and this one fit the bill. I normally wear a 10.5 in my other Columbia Hiking Boots, with these I had to go with a 10. They are very comfotable with no break-in time.

The Columbia Redmond is an excellent shoe for light hiking and everyday use. I've tried other brand names but for me the Columbia brand fits the best. I've had several other pairs and they have alway worn well and been very comfortable.

Just like the mid boot, the show is great. Slightly snug but otherwise, offers super fit and comfort... and no slippage!

The shoe is great and gives a lot of confidence on uneven and graded terrain. The only thing that can get better is the 'breathability'.
