Lightweight and fits well. Very comfortable. Walked through a very wet grassy field and my feet were still bone dry when done.

O.M.G. 5/14/23 Today was my first hike in these boots so pardon me for not having a review in which I owned these shoes for a long time. The package felt so light as if there were running shoes in the box. They are very light and flexible. The heal fits like a glove. Feet did not hurt from 2 hours hike through the woods from first time wear. I stepped on a wet rock with moss and the shoes barley slipped, which amazed me. I have flat feet and the wide fit is wide enough for me and 10.5 size fit my feet perfectly.

Comfortable boot right out of the box. Glad I ordered a wide size, as regular definitely would have been too narrow (thanks for info from other reviews). Haven't had boots in wet conditions yet, but I imagine will be fine. Overall, definitely recommend.

Great show I use for work on roofs. This is my third pair. I usually wear them out and buy a pair once a year. Being on roofs, the sole is an important safety factor.

Great shoes! I have developed arthritis in my ankles and regular hiking boots have caused me some serious ankle pain when I wear over the ankle boots. So I decided to try out these mid boots and what a great decision! I wore them doing lots of walking and yard work during the past week and I experienced a little pain but nothing like what I feel when wearing my other Columbia boots. I highly recommend these boots!

Great shoes. They are a little odd till they get broken in but overall great for hiking in the PNW

I reviewed several hiking shoes before selected this one. I wanted a balance between weight, comfort, durability and waterproof capabilities. This one hit the mark in the first two criteria for sure. I have not owned them long enough to comment on others.

They are very comfortable, but I've only worn them once. I've been happy with my other two pairs of Columbia shoes previously.

I ordered a men's 8 1/2. I'm a gal and a size 10. I just returned from New Hampshire and was walking around during a soft snowfall with accumulated ice in spots. The shoes/boots were extremely comfortable, and I felt very safe while walking (I have balance issues). I'm so happy I bought these as I decided to permanently retire from New Jersey to New Hampshire.

Love these. Purchased same shoe but the low trim 4 years ago and they've been great. So purchased same shoe again but with mid top. And love them hiking as extra stability but still very comfortable.

Nice boots but like many other reviews, they run small. I always wear 9.5 and bought 9.5. My toes curled up with thin socks. Returned and got size 10, which fit perfectly. These were comfortable right out of the box. I wear them for all occasions except formal events. Hiked on rocks and gravel; good grip and no pain. Wore them in light rain and my feet were dry. I can't comment how they will perform under really wet conditions or stepping in water puddles. Good boots overall.
