The real flaw of this design honestly is the ankle strap with adjustable buckle. If I kept the strap moderately loose (clasped at 2 holes), the entire shoe would not fit and would flop off as I walked. If I tightened it only by one hole, the strap would dig into my ankle and make walking impossible. There was no happy medium. If you have very thin ankles, this might be the shoe for you.

I wanted to love these shoes (and I love high heels! Esp. pretty ones like this that will go with any and everything for nights/weekends out). Alas, while they are gorgeous in person, there is no arch support, I had to jam my toes in the strap, and then, even if I could have dealt with my toes being a little squeezed, standing in them for three minutes just about made me hobble. I can't imagine the pain of trying to walk in them or wear them for a night. Just say no.

This is a beautiful looking shoe, but not good to wear. The toe strap cuts right across your little toe, and is very uncomfortable. I was planning on ordering these in just about every color if they were comfortable -- but they are not - sadly, going back.

This shoe was freakishly narrow. I am a petite gal and I have pretty dainty feet, but my feet had a significant amount of overhang on the sides of my feet. Very odd. It's a beautiful shoe, but not made well and not made for wearing by a normal human foot. Sadly, I am returning these.

I wanted SO BADLY to love these shoes. Unfortunately, they are horribly uncomfortable. I don't know if the arch support is off (as in nonexistent) or the toe bed is too narrow, but they will leave you hobbling even after a short wear. Keep looking.

These define 'cheap' which for the price is ironic. They were a full size too small and insanely uncomfortable. I have very narrow feet and skinny ankles, but the straps were too short and my feet hung over the edge which is always charming. Don't waste your money.

I wish these would have worked out because I love the look. There is just no stability in the ankle strap. I was planning on wearing these at my birthday party, but after a night of drinking these shoes would be a disaster waiting to happen. I don't have wide feet, but the balls of my feet were hanging over the inner edge of the shoe.

The toe-strap was so tight; I had to return it. I wear a 7.5 with narrow feet. It did not work out, unfortunately.

I'm returning this shoe. The way the toe strap is constructed is ridiculous. It's so small I can barely fit my foot in it. The rest of the shoe fits perfectly find but it's like the toe strap is missing 1/2 inch.

The strap at the foot isn't even made right. Impossible to stand let alone walk in...look beautiful & perfect but they are essentially a fail...& at a whopping price. Steve Madden cannot make comfortable shoes.

Super cute shoe, perfect summer look, tiny ankle strap. I could hardly get the strap and the buckle to meet let alone actually fasten the strap. And I have pretty average to small ankles. :/ So disappointed.
